But don't hold your breath, Joe Jonas — this kinda-sorta doesn't make you sound good!

Way back when Joe revealed in his tell-all that Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato tempted him into trying marijuana, we were wondering when the Wrecking Ball singer was going to respond to his accusations!

The time as come — ironically, in the New York Times — and Miles held no bars back for this one! She said thoughtfully:

14-Year-Old Dies After Inhaling Helium At Party

Such an unnecessary tragedy.

14-year-old Ashley Long of Oregon died after being pressured to inhale helium at a party.

Ashley attended the party with her best friend, where a boy held up the helium tank to Ashley's mouth and insisted that she inhale.

She then passed out and was taken to a hospital where she later died.

It doesn't seem like her BFF was much help in standing up for her either. Watch the video above to see what we mean. It was only until AFTER she passed out that her friend swooped in to help.

So, so, so sad. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Ashley's family.

Avoiding The 'Freshman 15' At College

freshman 15

We've all heard of the dreaded "Freshman 15", but college newcomers can take a sigh of relief because studies suggest it's usually closer to a freshman 7.

However, that doesn't mean you won't gain more than 7 pounds if you're not careful.

It's hard to pinpoint just one cause of the unfavorable phenomena, but a decrease in physical activity, a boost in alcohol consumption, and a change in eating habits from healthy foods to those high in sugar and fat probably have something to do with it.

With college just beginning, we're sure there are plenty of freshman already dreading what the scale will read by the end of the semester and we're sure there are just as many thinking "that will never happen to me!"

Bad news is, it can and probably will, but the good news is you can take easy steps prevent it! Continue reading below for tips on avoiding the Freshman 15!

Not Just A Gay Issue! Another Bullied Teen Commits Suicide

Filed under: Icky Icky PooR.I.P.Sad Sad

All the more reason that this needs EVERYONE'S attention. This is not just a gay issue.

A Pennsylvania teenager killed herself Saturday night, and now her parents are speaking about about the tragedy, and claim that bullying is to blame for her death.

Tiffani Maxwell was apparently bullied so badly that fellow students falsely told teachers that they saw her do drugs, which resulted in her expulsion from school last week!

Mother Sandy reveals that in the wake of this awful loss, she and husband Shane are starting an on-line campaign to raise awareness about peer pressure and bullying, which 77% of students in the country have admitted to have been victim.

Sandy explains:

"She got text messages, saying 'Tiffani you're in rehab.' 'You're on drugs.' Even if it saves one kid … just remember there are family members behind you and that tomorrow will be better."

And Shane concludes:

“Just don’t bully people. What’s the sense of it. Put yourself in their shoes.”

Such true, and undervalued, words.

NOBODY should feel as though they have no one supporting them, and it's our job to ensure that the country's youth understand that no matter how alone, or how ganged up on, that they feel, there are people who understand and want to listen.

No more unnecessary deaths! It's time to end BULLYING once and for all!
