Another Sandusky Victim Steps Forward To State College Police

Filed under: Icky Icky PooLegal MattersSad SadFootball

Sandusky 9th victim comes forward

We hope Jerry Sandusky is put away for a very long time.

ANOTHER victim has stepped forward alleging that he was sexually abused by the former Penn State University football coach at just 12-years-old.

The 19-year-old male told State College police that Sandusky gave him liquor in 2004 and then proceeded to molest him in the football facilities, as his lawyer explained:

"He suffered one incident of abuse, to use the legal term involuntary deviate sexual intercourse allegedly at the hands of Mr. Sandusky. That occurred on the Penn State campus, we believe in the area of the football facilities."

May we remind everyone that this incident took place 2 years AFTER a grand jury report outlined Sandusky's disgusting abuse of eight boys involved in the Second Mile charity!

Had proper action been taken THEN, this poor guy could have avoided the traumatizing incident all together!

Ugh! Such a shame!

With the eight original victims scheduled to testify against Sandusky in a preliminary hearing this Tuesday, the most recent accuser to come forward will be victim number nine!

Although it had to be a tough decision, we're glad this man finally found the courage to step forward with his claim after so many years. Hopefully his account will help the prosecution lock this monster up and throw away the key.

Things Aren't Looking Good For Jerry Sandusky's Second Mile Charity

Second Mile charity

As we kind of expected, it sounds like the Second Mile foundation is preparing to fold following the Jerry Sandusky Penn State sex scandal.

David Woodle, the new interim chief executive of the charity, admits that a number of donors are no longer willing to support Second Mile and the organization is currently seeking to transfer its youth programs to other nonprofits.

Meanwhile, Woodle isn't giving up without a fight and is still hoping for a little help from other donors, telling sources:

“We’re working hard to figure out how the programs can survive this event. We aren’t protective of this organization that it survives at all costs.”

The charity's board of directors has also hired former Philadelphia District Attorney Lynne Abraham to investigate how Second Mile handled the scandal after learning of allegations against Sandusky in 2002 and 2008.

Her inquiry should be finished by the end of the year, after which the board will publicly address issues of concern such as WHY Sandusky was allowed to continue working with children despite reports of sexual abuse in PSU football facilities.

PSU Police Say Mike McQueary Never Filed A Report!

Mike McQueary did not file report

And the plot thickens.

Penn State and State College police officials are now saying that assistant coach Mike McQueary, one of the most important witnesses in the Jerry Sandusky sex scandal, NEVER filed a report!

This is a complete contradiction to an email McQueary sent a friend on November 8th, which indicates he did talk to police, stating:

McQueary Claims In An Email He DID Report The Rape To Police

Filed under: Icky Icky PooSad SadFootball

McQueary Cops

In a new turn of events, Mike McQueary (the guy who happened upon Sandusky raping a boy) in a new email to a friend is now claiming that he did in fact stop the rape AND also reported the incident to police.

Until now, everyone was under the impression that he did not speak with the police after the incident, just his superiors. Here's what he said:

"I did stop it, not physically … but made sure it was stopped when I left that locker room … I did have discussions with police and with the official at the university in charge of police …. no one can imagine my thoughts or wants to be in my shoes for those 30-45 seconds … trust me."

Why wouldn't he just come out and say all of this to everyone, instead of just some person in an email? Especially when he's being hated by so many people for not doing more ethically?

What's weird is that it doesn't match up with the grand jury account, where it's said he only reported it to his father and Joe Paterno.

We're not sure what to believe as far as him telling the authorities. Why would anyone want to hide from that?

This whole thing is a mess.

Penn State Gives Students Tips For Post-Sex Scandal Job Interviews

Filed under: Icky Icky PooSad SadFootballSex

Penn State logo

In the wake of the Jerry Sandusky sex scandal that rocked Penn State University, it makes sense that students may be a little concerned for their professional future.

Although it will be an uphill battle for ANY college student seeking a job following graduation in this economy, we're willing to bet more than a few students are wondering if a degree from PSU will make their search even harder.

Honestly, we don't think it will unless you were caught on camera flipping a news van or your Facebook profile picture features you downing a beer bong in front of Joe Paterno's campus statue.

Nevertheless, the school has sent out a reassuring letter to address their student's concerns and give them a few interviewing tips to distract potential employers from the devastating scandal, reading:

"Students may acknowledge that they are primarily concerned for the victims and also concerned for Penn State in these unsettling times. However, students should keep the focus on the job or internship for which they are applying and how they will excel in the opportunity. Students should note that they can only take personal responsibility for their individual actions. Talk about all of the good work accomplished at Penn State in building the skills and professional qualities in preparation for the position, and about the excitement to put those skills to work for the employer. Inform the employer or internship site that, if hired, you will reflect favorably on the employer through your good work, core values and skills obtained through our University."

Be prepared to address the issue as we're sure the employer will be curious for your opinion, but don't sweat it too much. Anybody who will judge you on the actions of others probably isn't the best person to work for anyway!

1987 Jerry Sandusky Interview Raises More Eyebrows In PSU Sex Scandal

Filed under: Icky Icky PooSad SadFootball

While Jerry Sandusky and his lawyer have begun their efforts to prove his innocence, a 1987 NBC interview with the alleged child molester has been released to the public and only adding to the publics nearly unanimous suspicion.

The piece is covering the work he began doing with underprivileged kids 10 years earlier through his Second Mile charity. If it didn't raise any eyebrows then, it certainly is now.

In the interview, Jerry looks back on his work with kids fondly and shares his passion for his charity by saying things like:

"I enjoy being around children, I enjoy their enthusiasm, I just have a good time with them."

Knowing what we know today, these words certainly have a darker subtext, but at the time the public had no reason to think otherwise. However, what he says next is completely disturbing:

"Everybody needs people to care for them. Sometimes they don't want it. Sometimes they don't understand what you're trying to do, but they want to be disciplined. Kids are growing up awfully fast today."

Can you say…CREEPY!

Meanwhile, in his most recent NBC interview with Bob Costas on Monday night, the former Penn State defensive coordinator says he is innocent of the 40 counts of child sex abuse charged against him. The only thing he is guilty of in his mind is "showering" with minors, explaining:

“I have horsed around with kids I have showered after workouts. I have hugged them and I have touched their legs without intent of sexual contact.”

Yuck! We got news for Sandusky and anyone else out there considering his defense — hugging and touching naked boys in the shower IS child sex abuse!

Jerry Sandusky abuse case

Another one bites the dust.

Following the departure of Penn State Athletic Director Tim Curley, Senior Vice President Gary Schultz, university President Graham Spanier and Joe Paterno, the president of the Jerry Sandusky-founded charity has also resigned.

Jack Raykovitz, a licensed psychologist who has been president and CEO of The Second Mile for 28 years, has resigned in wake of the horrific sexual abuse occurring right underneath his nose.

He hopes his resignation will
