Well this can’t bode well for their 22-day vegan diet, LOLz!!

In case you haven’t heard, Jay Z announced that he and Beyoncé started a vegan diet on December 3rd as a cleanse for his 44th birthday.

On December 4th, the two were spotted at at Cafe Gratitude in LA, and Queen Bey was wearing a VERY inneresting outfit — it was COVERED in PIZZA!!!

Her pants were basically printed as if they were the top of a ginormous cheese and pepperoni pie, while her shirt featured a gazillion images of drool-worthy miniature pizzas.

Our only question is: WHERE CAN WE GET THIS OUTFIT???

Not only would we TOTES rock it, we might even rock it better than Mrs. Carter herself, LOLz!!

It’s just more our style, don’t U think?? HA!

Does Blotting Pizza With A Napkin Actually Save Calories?

You ever wonder if those peeps you see using a napkin to blot the grease off of pizza slices are actually getting any healthy results?

Turns out, they're not crazy and are indeed saving calories. However, in the grand scheme of things, not a whole lot of calories. Doctors say the napkin probably absorbs between 20 and 50 calories.

Experts suggest eating a salad beforehand and cutting the pie into smaller slices to avoid overeating.

Also, try ordering thin or wheat crust, while skipping fatty toppings like pepperoni and sausage in favor of veggies.
