So many great musicians, sooooo much alcohol! It's a good thing everyone had a FAB time and was able to drink responsibly… both in how much they were drinking and how many calories they were consuming, 'cuz TY KU is waaaay healthier than conventional booze!
We can't thank everyone enough for such a special evening! It was amazeballs!
Dancing with the Stars' Louis Van Amstel is a professional dancer, fitness guru and choreographer, who only has one thing in mind… FITNESS!
The dancer has been showing people how to exercise with his LaBlast workouts since 2012, which have been stationed in Crunch locations nationwide. But now, he's bringing all his fitness routines from the gym, such as disco, jive and the cha cha cha straight into your home with a 5-disc DVD set!!
While Amstel always looks good and never misses a dance step, he wants to show you how to do the same, he expressed:
"My experience has proven that dancing is not only a form of artistic expression but is also a fun way to get in shape. The LaBlast DVD series will be accessible for everyone, regardless of dance ability, and will make the weight transformations seen on the show possible for at-home fans!”
The set includes 30-minute cardio workouts, which include an easy intro program, workouts to build stamina and muscle tone, and dancing tips. All with music titles like, Turn it Up, Work 'n' Burn, Blast a Move, Hot 'n' Spicy and Let's Dance.
Louis' fitness 5-disc package will be available for $49.99 and individual discs for only $14.99.
BUT… if you want the DVDs for FREE, you can post a comment about why you want to learn how to dance on Perez Hilton's Facebook page by Monday, and hopefully be the big winner!!!
HIV/AIDs still has a stigma, and we're not okay with that.
We're not okay with the jokes, and we're not okay with people being made to feel uncomfortable about something that shouldn't make them ashamed to still be themselves.
And we're definitely not okay with how fast the problem is still spreading in this day and age.
We're standing up to BREAK the SILENCE — won't you??
