Who cares if SXSW was two weeks ago?? We wanna live the night of our show FOREVER!!

So many great musicians, sooooo much alcohol! It's a good thing everyone had a FAB time and was able to drink responsibly… both in how much they were drinking and how many calories they were consuming, 'cuz TY KU is waaaay healthier than conventional booze!

We can't thank everyone enough for such a special evening! It was amazeballs!

Dancing with the Stars' Louis Van Amstel is a professional dancer, fitness guru and choreographer, who only has one thing in mind… FITNESS!

The dancer has been showing people how to exercise with his LaBlast workouts since 2012, which have been stationed in Crunch locations nationwide. But now, he's bringing all his fitness routines from the gym, such as disco, jive and the cha cha cha straight into your home with a 5-disc DVD set!!
