Howard Stern’s wifey is using her star power for good.

Beth Ostrosky Stern was on site today in New York City to kick off the Paws To Give Thanks Pet Adoption event in collaboration with Petland Discounts and the North Shore Animal League.

And just look at those adorable pooches!

They're so cute, we're not sure how she could resist not taking them all home.

Talk about an ultimate celebration!

Bring your cats, dogs, and whatever animals you have out for some fun and excitement this week until October 10th!

Started in 1931, October 4th is World Animal Day and the following week has been turned into a series of events for the pets and animals residing in NYC.

In Brooklyn's Prospect Park, FIDO Coffee Bark will be open for those who show up between 7-9AM. Free coffee, pastries, and dog goodies will be available.

Not a morning person? Head to Moore High School in Staten Island for pet adoptions, services, and products.

Tomorrow, there is a service at the Church of the Ascension, 127 Kent St. in Brooklyn, and Dog Habitat Rescue will host a blessing of animals and remembrance. A parade begins at 3:30 p.m., preceding the 4 p.m. church ceremony.

The events continue the entire week! If you're in the NYC area, treat yourself and your furry family member to a fun day of celebration!

True Blood's Michelle Forbes and "Dog Whisperer" Cesar Millan are teaming up with Last Chance for Animals this Saturday, September 18 from 11 am to 3 pm at the La Brea Tar Pits in El Lay for Puppy Mill Awareness Day.

The event will encourage animal lovers to "Adopt, Don't Shop" when looking for a new pet!

Admission is free and it will have bands, children's activities, animal friendly vendors and pet adoptions!

Remember — look to your local animal rescues and shelters for your future furry family members!
