OoOo what is that!?!
Well it's a not a film, that's for sure!
No, no. When Pete Doherty goes to Cannes, he's prepared to enjoy all forms of entertainment.
Taking a break at Nikki Beach Club, the English rocker enjoyed a lil' reading before probably hitting up another party.
Looking very intellectual these days, Pete!

This is just…morbid.
Along with pieces from Pete Doherty’s On Blood: A Portrait of the Artist exhibition - which consists of drawings/paintings using copious amounts of Doherty’s blood - a painting done by Amy Winehouse and Pete Doherty using Amy’s blood will be auctioned off Friday evening at London’s Cobb Gallery.
Wait, hold up. So blood stains are art now?

Awesome dad Pete Doherty not only missed the birth of his daughter, but he also missed her christening this past weekend.
Little Aisling, who was born to South African model Lindi Hingston was christened in Cape Town this past Saturday, before Hingston's friends and family, as well as the baby's godparents. Pete was nowhere to be found.

Hopefully this devastating loss will help him maintain his own sobriety.
Fresh out of a shortened prison sentence for cocaine possession, Pete Doherty has reportedly planned to dedicate his upcoming stint at Reading and Leeds Festival to his deceased dear friend, Amy Winehouse.
A source explains:
“Pete was really good mates with Amy and he’s still really cut up about her death. He hopes to help get rid of his demons by dedicating his festival gigs to her memory. He loved her music and hopes he can do it justice."
With those kind of intentions, we think that he'll do more than do her justice.
We're sure she'd be so appreciative, Pete!
Best of luck!
