Philipp Plein has finally unveiled his spring campaign starring Lindsay Lohan and to no one's surprise they're Photoshopped to death.

Well except for her teeth, which they completely missed.

But other than the ridiculous amounts of retouching and the fact that a majority of the clothes can't be seen they're not too terrible.

But seriously, Lindsay Lohan and designer Philipp Plein were caught kissing in Milan this week and we're not talking about the double cheek thing the Europeans do.

In addition to the not so secretive smooch, the two rumored lovebirds constantly held hands when they were out and about.

Lindsay Lohan was up to her old tricks in the City of Light last night.

The Philipp Plein model was spotted leaving the Parisian club Rasputin in a red dress and blue velvet ankle boots with owner Andre Saraiva.

So far there's no word on if Linds had the opportunity to show off her glass throwing skills.

As if we didn't need more proof that this whole thing is a publicity stunt, Lindsay Lohan admitted she only met Philip Plein the day before the show.

The new face of the clothing label attended the amfAR Milano Gala with the German designer on Friday night, which was just a few hours before he presented his spring collection on Saturday.

Lindsay said at the Saturday morning press conference the collaboration was very "spontaneous", but it was something she wanted to be a part of based on past campaigns.

For the amFAR Milano gala in Italy, Lindsay Lohan dressed in black with a Phillipp Plein dress, Prive jewelry by Sonia and Katia Gaydamack, and Zanotti shoes.

The gala benefited AIDS research, as amFAR has for over 25 years now.

If you look closely, you can see her back tattoo under the sparkle.

Aliana T. isn't the only Lohan getting modeling jobs!

Turns out Lindsay has been hired by German designer Philipp Plein to appear in his spring ad campaign.

If the name sounds familiar (or in most cases it doesn't) Mischa Barton used to be the face of the label back in 2010.

Hmm, we're sensing a theme.

To celebrate her new paid non-acting job, Lindsay is flying to Milan to attend Philipp Plein's show this weekend.

Hopefully she won't have as many incidents in Italy as she did in New York.

For some unexplainable reason, Mischa Barton is the face of Phillip Plein's latest advertising campaign.

We're guessing she was cheaper than an actual model, but we're pretty sure they made up for the cost with all the photoshopping they did to her!

In the new ads, the out of work actress was looking like her pre-Mushy self back when she was on The OC.

We all know what Mischa really looks like, so why lie about it!?
