Too bad, so sad, Piers Morgan!
The always controversial British TV host got his ass handed to him on Twitter over the last few hours, fresh off a controversial appearance on Bill Maher's HBO show last night — and the tweets today are FIRE.
It all started on Maher's show last night, when comedian Jim Jefferies demolished Piers regarding Trump's Muslim ban, which you can see in a highlighted clip (below):
Stephen Colbert, Seth MacFarlane, & More Celebs React With Anger & Disappointment To Betsy DeVos' Confirmation Vote As Education Secretary!
On Tuesday, the president's Secretary of Education pick Betsy DeVos was confirmed by the Senate — and she BARELY made the cut!
Mike Pence cast the deciding vote for her nomination in a historic tie-breaker. It was the first time in history the Vice President was called to break a tie on a cabinet nomination.
And for good reason…
The Amway heiress has been blasted by teachers' unions and public education advocates alike for her lack of teaching experience, her dismantling of the Michigan school system with disastrous results, and her belief that public schools should have guns to fight off grizzly bear attacks.
Needless to say, critics had a lot to say about DeVos' appointment — celebs like Stephen Colbert, Seth MacFarlane, Piers Morgan, and Fifth Harmony's Lauren Jauregui had some particularly scathing words for the new Education Secretary, Pence, and the cowardly Republican Congress!

Are you sitting down for this?
In a passionate DailyMail essay, the controversial TV personality voiced his concern over the newly-elected POTUS' "grotesquely unfair" action to discriminate against "many decent, law-abiding people who have every right to be in the country."
The 51-year-old argued that it's important to strengthen immigration laws, but Drumpf's action doesn't even make sense:
"Nobody from any of those predominantly Muslim countries — Iraq, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Libya, Somalia and Yemen — has committed a terror attack on US mainland. The perpetrators of the two major Islamic extremist terror attacks in New York on 9/11 and more recently in San Bernadino, came from Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Lebanon and Pakistan. Yet, perversely, none of these countries are on the banned list."
Morgan made the point that innocent people are being punished as a result:
It wasn't such a good morning in Britain!
At ITV Studios to promote his new film T2 Trainspotting, the 45-year-old refused to go on air with the controversial TV personality, who recently got a lot of heat for criticizing the Women's March over the weekend.
ICYMI, Piers tried to muster any relevancy he has left to say things like, "This #WomensMarch wasn't about equality, it was about Trump-bashing, bomb threats & hateful jibes at other women."
Taking a stand on Tuesday, the actor tweeted:
Is this even a surprise?
American TV has-been Piers Morgan is straight up melting down on Twitter today, criticizing the Women's March on Washington and calling for his own men's march in a
desperation ploy to troll for Donald Trump desire to seek out any kind of relevancy he can find.
The former CNN host took to the social network late last night and dropped a few gems in about the march, starting here and going forward (below):
