Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!

We don't know how they managed to pull it off, but this movie looks even MORE ridiculous than the first!

Ch-ch-check out the just released theatrical trailer for the sequel to the 2009 surprise smash Piranha 3D, Piranha 3DD, which follows our little people-chomping friends as they travel through sewer pipes and find their way to a just-released, tittay-friendly water park (above)!

And although it appears that Tara Reid and Gary Busey never showed up, Christopher Lloyd is back, as is Ving Rhames - only with GUNS FOR LEGS, and David Hasselhoff is also on hand - PLAYING HIMSELF!

Seriously, this movie has greatness written all over it!

P.S. Keep an eye out for Cerie from 30 Rock - it looks like that poor girl has it coming the worst! YUCK!

Enough is enough! We have had it with these mothaf***in' sharks in this mothaf***in' lake! LOLz.

Check out the trailer (above) for Snakes on a Plane director David R. Ellis' Shark Night 3D, starring Katharine McPhee, Sara Paxton…and that dude from Avatar.

Why can't they just NOT go in the lake? There shouldn't be more than ONE death in this movie, because after victim #1, everyone else should bail…like RIGHT AWAY!

David Hasselhoff has joined the cast of Piranha 3DD, which is already shooting and scheduled for release this Thanksgiving.

With Gary Busey and Mitch Buchannon fighting flesh-eating fish in a piranha infested water park, we'll have a lot to give thanks for this November!

Are U looking forward to seeing the former Baywatch star saving lives and/or being eaten alive in Piranha 3DD?

Wow - is this year going to be the second coming of Tara Reid?!

We guess truly anything is possible!

It's already been announced that the actress has signed on for the upcoming sequel to American Pie, American Reunion, and now, it appears that she has been cast in the sequel to Piranha 3D, Piranha 3DD - along with Glee's Mark Salling and Camelot's Tamsin Egerton!

No word on when production begins in Baton Rouge, but seeing as it has a September 16th release date, we imagine they'll be shipping down any day now!

Amazing! We LOVED the campy HIGHlarity of the first one, so hopefully this one won't disappoint!

Ha! Yeah, we've heard a lot of people complain that they're still suffering mental anguish after wasting $12.50 to see this thing in theaters!

Keith Sharp, who hails as the mayor of Peterborough, was denied a rental copy of Piranha 3D at a local Blockbuster recently as the employee was led to believe it would put his health at risk. As Mayor Sharp has been a professional health and safety adviser for the past 14 years, he was dumbfounded when the cashier wouldn't hand over the movie and had to explain to him that isn't the movie that's bad for him - its the 3D glasses.

The employee had misunderstood the new policy that allows customers to rent previously viewed 3D movies, but not previously used 3D glasses for hygiene reasons. (They've been known to pass infections.)

When asked about the incident, Sharp was pretty, well, sharp about it. He told sources:

"It’s absolutely stupid. It’s one of those over-the-top health and safety issues I’m sick and tired of. Things like renting a DVD should be common sense. I’ve come across idiotic health and safety people in my time and this is up there with the worst of them."

Ouch! Harsh! Stupidity isn't a crime, you know.

Still, Blockbuster quickly apologized to the mayor with a statement, saying

"Staff have been trained on our strategy – but unfortunately, in this case, they provided the wrong information to the customer."

He'll know better for next time, though. (Unless he got canned! Eck!)

Hurrah! Even more gore and tittays are on their way!

After Piranha 3D's shocking critical and commercial success this past August, it was no surprise that a sequel to the creature feature was almost immediately greenlit, but according to reports, it's coming much faster than we anticipated!

Expect Piranha 3 DD - yes, that IS its official title - to hit theaters almost an exact year from the release of first one, in August of 2011!

Amazing!

We got such a kick out of Piranha's outrageousness, and we hope that this new one will do the same!
