VOTE: What's The BEST Ride At Disneyland?

no title

You smell that? It's the scent of churro and SPF — and it's in the air!

With spring in full effect, Disneyland has been making thousands of dreams come true daily — and, okay, let's be real — a lot of cranky babies.

Now, Disneyphiles like Milo Ventimiglia or Kourtney Kardashian probably already know this, but the park is currently undergoing a massive expansion to create Star Wars Land. That new frontier is expected to open sometime in 2019. But for now, let's appreciate the classics.

There's a lot of controversy surrounding WHICH ride is actually the best at the Anaheim park. Space Mountain usually comes to mind as everyone's favorite (just ask Justin Bieber), but devotees will throw down in Haunted Mansion's honor. Same for Pirates of the Caribbean!

So YOU tell us, once and for all, which ride is the BEST?

Disney Officially Replaced The Most Controversial Scene From Pirates Of The Caribbean — Watch The NEW Auction HERE!

no title

Disney has officially replaced its biggest Pirates of the Caribbean controversy — no, not Johnny Depp

We're speaking of the ride's infamous auction, in which pirates bid on "the redhead" and other women under a banner reading, "Auction, Take a wench for a bride."

We told you last summer about the plans for the potential makeover, but now you can see it in the animatronic flesh.

Orlando's Disney World Resort was the first to replace the ride's implied sex slave trade set piece, with the famous redhead becoming a pirate herself, named Redd!

Anaheim's Disneyland will undergo the same change during its scheduled maintenance starting April 23.

See the full ride, with the auction beginning at about 2:14 (below)!

VOTE: Disneyland Replacing Controversial Pirates Of The Caribbean Ride Feature! Do YOU Think It Implies ‘Impending Sexual Assault’??

The controversial Disneyland Pirates of the Caribbean attraction, depicting a redheaded woman (among other women) up for sale under a banner reading, "Auction, Take a wench for a bride," is getting a makeover.

When the park reopens after routine maintenance next year, the iconic character will become a pirate herself with a gun and liquor bottle resting against her hips (pictured above), as she stands proudly under a sign that says, "Auction, Surrender yer loot."

Further, a different scene showing pirates chasing women will be changed to those women now holding trays of food that the pirates are viciously going after. In another, a woman chases a pirate instead of the other way around.

Theme Park Insider calls this a move to "remove (or at least, soften) the insinuation of impending sexual assault."

While many Disney fans don't want to see any changes to the historic attraction, a rep for the park told the Orange County Register:

"We believe the time is right to turn the page to a new story in this scene, consistent with the humorous, adventurous spirit of the attraction."

So, what do you think — do YOU agree with the makeover?? Vote (below)!

Orlando Bloom’s Son Reacted Perfectly To Seeing Pirates Of The Caribbean For The First Time

Orlando Bloom had to introduce his son Flynn to Will Turner one day!

Only he didn't think it might traumatize him!

Orly spilled:

"I was very reluctant, because obviously you want to keep that normalcy and that dynamic, and I didn't want him to know what dad did for a while. But then he started school and I was like, 'Well, older brothers and sisters…' The movie was coming out and they'll talk about it, and I wanted to have that moment of showing him me in Pirates of the Caribbean. So, last summer I was in France. It was on a little TV; it wasn't a big grand screen or anything at all. But I just flicked it on and he was watching it."

And it turns out, Flynn had THE BEST reaction!!

Actual Pirates Are Holding Pirates Of The Caribbean 5 For Ransom! See Disney's Badass Response!

no title

Piracy usually involves someone stealing a movie or TV show then uploading and sharing it so everyone can watch it for free. Some even viewed it (incorrectly!) as a victimless crime.

Well, that facade is being torn away

At least, that used to be the case. In a bold and probably self-defeating move, hackers have reached out to Disney to tell them that they have a movie digitally downloaded in its entirety — and they're demanding a hefty ransom not to release it to the public in 20-minute increments.

In a real Mel Gibson move (early badass Mel, not drunken belligerent Mel), CEO Bob Iger declared during an ABC town hall meeting on Monday that the studio is refusing to pay. Then he poured Bitcoin all over the desk and said, "Take a good look. This is as close as you're ever going to get to it."

OK, that last part didn't happen.

Instead the company is cooperating with authorities to try and help track down the culprits.

Ironically, the film — which Iger did not mention by name — is reportedly Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, which opens this Friday, May 19. And if it's released online this week, the box office could really suffer.

Weeks ago pirates made a similar threat to Netflix, who also refused to pay. The entire season of Orange is the New Black dropped on The Pirate Bay six weeks early.

We appreciate these companies standing up to these demands. We just hope the jerks get caught before they can make a trend of it!
