While Holly Madison is gearing up to give birth next month, she revealed that she will be eating her placenta once she has her baby girl.

The former Playboy model even admitted that this practice sounds disgusting, but she plans on doing it anyway, she wrote:

We knew that eating your own placenta after giving birth has it's health benefits, but who would've thought that eating your sister's afterbirth is cool now-a-days.

During the season finale of Tia & Tamera, Tamera gave birth to her son Aden, and while she tasted her amniotic sac, she also wanted her sister to savor it.

Tia, however, was NOT sold on sampling her sister's afterbirth, but after Tamera said she mixed it with Brandy, she took a little taste!!
