Aww! It's like Top Gun and Cars had a baby!!

And then their Swedish male nanny took it with him to Trader Joe's on a hot summer's day. Unfortunately, Sven left the precious little guy in his Saab and forgot to crack a window while he spent 35 minutes picking out the perfect avocado for making homemade guacamole!

Yup, Planes may very well be the shriveled up and barely recognizable corpse of something that never should've existed!!

We could be wrong, but, from the bits and clips we've seen, Disney•Pixar's Planes is as HIGHlarious as emergency root canal!!

Ch-ch-check out Dane Cook as Dusty (above), a talking prop plane who sputters, coughs, and… flies faster than supersonic military jets?

It's not that we expect realism from the movie about planes with eyes, but that detail seems kind of strange!!

Regardless, return those seat backs to their upright positions because Planes lands in a theater near you on August 9!!

The Mouse is flying lead on the spin-off Planes!

Some movie buffs may remember briefly getting a peek at this footage a couple months ago, but that was before Dane Cook was even cast as lead acrophobic aero Dusty!

When you think of family friendly fare, the first name to pop into mind is probably not Dane Cook.

But the Good Luck Chuck star will soon be front and center in Planes, a spinoff of the Pixar mega-hit, Cars!

Pixar has handed the reins yoke over to Disney for this one, and they have chosen the raunchy comedian for their lead.

Dane will portray Dusty, a small prop plane with a fear of flying!

So kiss the world goodbye! Snakes are making it out alive…ON PLANES!

Again, Samuel L. Jackson has been slacking off, because an Egyptian plane is the latest aircraft to fall victim to monkey-fighting snakes on Monday to Friday planes.

But this time, the snake's OWNER tried to sneak his serpent on board!

So scary!

Three planes flying above the Reagan National Airport in Washington D.C. almost crashed into each other on Tuesday due to "miscommunication."

What could have been a disastrous incident occurred while air traffic controllers were making adjustments for landing and departing aircraft because of bad weather. 192 people aboard the three planes were just 12 seconds away from colliding at 400 mph!

Thankfully, the tragedy was avoided. The Federal Aviation Administration explained the situation by saying:

Australians are tired of these monkey fighting snakes on this Monday to Friday plane!

A flight leaving Darwin got a slight and slithery intruder in the cockpit. A snake was chillaxing on the radio control button of the plane.

Pilot Braden Blennerhassett knew what he had to do….

Call Samuel L. Jackson air traffic control.

Blennerhassett landed the plane back in Darwin and told the controllers about his stick situation. He says the following on the matter:

turned [the plane] around and got it headed back towards Darwin there and said, 'Look, you're not going to believe this. I've got snakes on a plane.'

The controllers didn't believe him…until it was too late he asked for a snake handler.

The wranglers boarded the freight plane but by then, the snake had disappeared! Luckily, the handlers were able to find the snake days later.

The coast is clear…for now!

WooHoo!! We LOVE the Earth!!

Simulating the way leaves harness the energy of the sun, scientists have a discovered a way to use "artificial leaf technology" to possibly powers ships and planes…. and even cars!!!

According to Professor Richard Cogdell:

What you need is to be able to lock that energy up in some sort of storage fluid that’s available on demand, and that’s what fuel is. To really sustain our way of life after the oil runs out we have to be able to make, renewably and sustainably, dense portable fuels for transport, especially for aeroplanes and ships. We’re looking at photosynthesis to see whether we can learn to copy it in a more robust and efficient way. What we’ve realised in just the last couple of months is that we should be able to use electricity to power these reactions. I would be very disappointed if this wasn’t working in the real world in 30 years time.

Uhm, ya!!

Oil is soooo last century!! Time to be smart about the way we use our energy!!!
