John Edwards Pleads Not Guilty To Indictment Charges!

john-edwards-pleads-not-guilty-to-indictment-charges

Yeah. As if he'd actually come clean!

John Edwards has pled not guilty to the six felony charges he's currently facing, which include conspiracy, false statements, and campaign law violations!

In a statement given outside a Federal Court in North Carolina, the presidential candidate said:

“There’s no question that I’ve done wrong and I take full responsibility for having done wrong. And I will regret for the rest of my life the pain and the harm that I have caused to others but I did not break the law and I have never, ever thought I was breaking the law.”

As of now, the judge set no bail for him, and Edwards was released on his own recognizance. He has to surrender his passport, and is restricted to traveling in just the states. He also must stay away from Bunny Mellon, the 100-year-old who allegedly gave him the big bucks to cover up his affair with Rielle Hunter.

As the indicment reads:

"Edwards knew that public revelation of the affair and pregnancy would destroy his candidacy by, among other things, undermining Edwards' presentation of himself as a family man and by forcing his campaign to divert personnel and resources away from other campaign activities to respond to criticism and media scrutiny.”

Unbelievable.

We think it's pretty clear that this man is capable of doing some pretty heinous, deplorable things, so forgive us if we're less than prone to believe that he is guiltless in this matter!

As we said before: whomp, whomp!

Actions have consequences…and he has some BIG ONES coming his way!

Nancy Kerrigan’s Brother Sentence To Jail For Assault

While Mark Kerrigan, Nancy Kerrigan’s brother, was acquitted from charges linking him to his father’s death, he was sentenced to two and a half years today for assaulting his 70-year-old father.

Nancy plead with the judge:

"None of us has had a chance to grieve for my father. Please send him home with us today so we can grieve as a family."

Mark also made a plea:

"I lost my father, and I miss him very much. I'd like the opportunity to go home with my family."

Mark will be eligible for parole in six months.

Hopefully he learns a lesson from his sentence.

Two Lucky Breaks For Lindsay!

Wow! Everything's coming up Lohan!

At least it has the potential to!

Lindsay Lohan has just gotten two potentially very lucky breaks in regards to her latest court drama regarding the stolen necklace, which could mean that she may not even have to serve jail time at all!

According to the El Lay County Probation Department as well as the El Lay County Sheriff's Department - which is responsible for the jail where she would serve her sentence - inmates with non-violent, misdemeanor offenses are routinely allowed to serve their time at home with an electronic monitoring device.

In other news, Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers, whom the formerly hard-pAArtying actress claimed had it out for her, will no longer be handling her case, and it is now been turned over to the Los Angeles City Attorney.

But there's a catch!

A source in the office explains:

"Our office was notified this morning that the Lohan theft case is being turned over to us. The case will be handled by the City Attorney assigned to the Airport Courthouse. It's a very big file, and the City Attorney will need time to read it over. The City Attorney could object to that [serving time at home]. When Paris Hilton was released from Lywnood to serve the remainder of her sentence at home, our office objected to that, and Paris was placed back in jail. It's way to early to determine what our position will be on the issue. Lindsay is a repeat offender, period. Our office will be in communication with Lindsay's attorney to discuss the case, and what their position on the matter is."

Uh-oh! Sounds as though they're going to be just as tolerant as DA Meyers was about Lindsay's nonsense!

Stay on your best behavior, gurl!

If you keep your nose out of trouble and play your cards right, we have a feeling that this whole mess may be behind you sooner rather than later!

Paris' Stalker - And Cy's Attacker - Sentenced To Jail Time!

paris-hiltons-stalker-and-cy-waits-attacker-sentenced-to-jail

Nathan Lee Parada, the man who attempted to break into Paris Hilton's home with two large knives back in August, was convicted today of felony attempted residential burglary.

Due to the ruling, which apparently took less than an hour to reach, he is now facing up to 3 years in state prison.

His sentencing takes place in June.

Good! He should be punished to the full extent of the law for this one!

Meanwhile, James Rainford - AKA the man who ATTACKED the socialite's boyfriend, Cy Waits, the other day when they were testifying against Parada - has also pled no contest to misdemeanor battery, which is in violation of a probation stemming from ANOTHER incident with Hilton, and will be serving 227 days behind bars, as well as three years of informal probation.

Wow! It's like a two for the price of one deal with these guys!

Hey! Actions have consequences, and it's time for them to pay up!

Good! This douchebag SHOULD be locked up!

Big Brother contestant Adam Jasinski has pled guilty to some serious drug charges, as well as for failing to file a tax return on the half a million dollars he won while participating in the reality series!

He was originally arrested a year ago for attempting to sell 2,000 oxycodone pills. He then pled not guilty.

Moron! Deplorable!

If convicted, he faces 20 years behind bars and a $1 million fine! He's currently in jail awaiting sentencing.

So pathetic! We have no idea what the eff some people are thinking!

What do U think?? Should Jasinski get jail time??

Ceiling Eyes' Stalker To Undergo 90 Psychiatric Evaluation!

wenn5358295audrina__opt.jpg

This guy sounds effing crazy, so this is probably the best course of action!

Audrina Patridge's stalker, Zachary Loring, pled no contest to the charges against him today in court, and will be undergoing a 90-day psychiatric evaluation that will determine whether or not he goes to prison or a mental institution!

He's back in court in September, and could face up to two years behind bars if he's not nuts and just a creeper.

After the antics the last time he was in court, we think it's safe to say this guy is nutso! Lock him the eff up!
