Lindsay Lohan Does NOT Need A "Get Out Of Jail Free" Card…Because She's INNOCENT!

lindsay-lohan-claims-innocent-will-not-plea-bargain-court-case

At least, according to Lindsay Lohan, that is!

And we all know that her definition is "innocent" is a FAR CRY from how the rest of us interpret the word!

But to the surprise of no one, the troubled starlet is once again playing a dangerous game of Russian Roulette with the prosecution in her latest legal drama - as she's due back in court later this month to finally resolve the case involving her June car crash on the PCH - and it looks as though despite the best efforts of her long-suffering, possibly-fired attorney Shawn Chapman Holley, LiLo is pretty much securing herself some SERIOUS jail time!

As we've reported, Holley got sacked right by her client right before she was able to negotiate a plea bargain with prosecutors, which apparently, would have kept her out of jail so long as she agreed to six months of lock-down rehab!

And even though sources with law enforcement maintain the offer is still available to Lindsay, regardless of her current representation

Looks like Chad Johnson won't actually be going to jail after all!

Even though he allegedly head butted his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada in a serious argument several weeks ago.

He has apparently struck a deal with prosecutors to be able to stay out of jail.

The Marijuana Case Continues! Judge Rejects Willie Nelson's Plea Bargain

judge rejects willie nelson plea bargain

Sorry to hear it, Willie!

To recap, last year Willie Nelson was charged with marijuana possession when the cops found weed on his tour bus at a border checkpoint.

Then last month, he struck a deal with prosecutors in which he agreed to plead no contest in exchange for reducing the charge. At the time, he was ordered to pay a $500 fine and he was told he wouldn't go to jail. We had also heard that if he behaved himself for a month, the judge would dismiss the case entirely!

All seemed pret-ty fair to us, but unfortunately West Texas judge Becky Dean-Walker has rejected the plea bargain.

Here's what she had to say about it:

Did John Edwards' Mistress DUMP Him?

john edwards mistress reportedly dumps him

As we said before, actions have consequences, John.

Last we heard from John Edwards, we learned that he was going to be indicted for "alleged campaign law violations" resulting from his affair cover-up with Rielle Hunter.

Looks like Edwards' downward spiral continues, because he's reportedly been DUMPED by Hunter.

Here's what a source had to say about it:

"[She] dumped him…their relationship is pretty much over…there's no repairing it now."

According to the source, the dumping took place mere days before Edwards' indictment.

Ah well. You've got A LOT on your plate anyway, John. We're thinking your focus right now should be preparing for the trial…unless you're gonna go for a plea bargain, that is.

Do U think John Edwards' mistress dumped him? Do U think he deserved it?

John Edwards Being Indicted For Covering Up Affair!

john edwards to be indicted for covering up affair

Actions have consequences, John. Just ask Arnold

As a reminder, back in February, John Edwards found himself testifying in court over a sex tape with his former mistress Rielle Hunter.

Then last week, we heard that John "took his anger and frustrations out on Rielle" after learning that parts of his testimony would be made public.

NOW, we've learned that John Edwards is going to be indicted for "alleged campaign law violations" resulting from his affair cover-up with Rielle.

No word yet on whether Edwards will go to trial or accept a plea bargain, but he's reportedly "weighing his options."

If this goes to trial, it looks like Andrew Young will be the government's star witness. Young was a staffer who originally took the blame for Edwards' actions, until the man finally fessed up and told the truth.

This could DEFINITELY get ugly…or uglier, we should say!

Hopefully the cautionary tales of John Edwards and Arnold Schwarzenegger will dissuade celebs, and people in general, from having scandalous affairs and trying to cover them up in the future!

What do U think about all of this? Should John Edwards be indicted for covering up his affair?

What Kind Of Plea Deal Has Judge Schwartz Offered LiLo?

details-on-judge-schwartz-and-felony-plea-bargain-for-lindsay-lohan

Seriously, we don't know what is keeping her from taking this deal. She's really playing with fire here!

When Lindsay Lohan arrived for her grand theft hearing last week, Judge Keith Schwartz offered her one last, at-that-time-unknown plea bargain, of which she can either accept or deny, in which case would mean she's heading to trial.

The details of that specific bargain were then unknown, but sources have come forward to reveal what kind of consequences she'd be facing if she takes it, and frankly, we think she'd be crazy not to!

An insider explains:

"Lindsay should take the plea deal, period. That deal would include the least amount of jail time possible in the case. Judge Schwartz has told Lindsay that he would sentence her to 60-90 days, if she accepted a plea deal, which she would serve in county jail. If Lindsay does gamble, and go to trial, and the jury finds her guilty, there is a chance she wouldn't go to state prison. The DA would assess the evidence and the witness testimony, if the jury does find her guilty. State prison is absolutely NOT a foregone conclusion. Danette Meyers could ask Judge Sautner to place her on felony probation, instead of jail. It’s still very early in the case, the prelim hasn't taken place yet, but state prison isn't an automatic if Lindsay is convicted. There is jail time ahead for Lindsay though, there is no mistake about that. If she doesn’t accept the plea deal and insists on going to trial she will serve some time for parole violation, regardless of whether she is ultimately found guilty of the theft charges or not.”

As we've already reported, Lindsay must notify Judge Schwartz by March 23rd if she plans to take the deal, in which case, she'll be expected to appear in front of him on March 25th.

If she turns it down, she will appear in front of Judge Sautner for her preliminary hearing on April 21st.

Make the right choice, gurl! Luck can only save you so many times!

What do U think LiLo should do?

Lindsay Ready To Go To Trial, Claims Innocence

lindsay lohan ready to go to trial to prove her innocence

Lindsay Lohan will not go gentle into that good night.

Today, Judge Keith L. Schwartz will make a decision regarding Lindsay's case, and sources say that Schwartz wants Lindz to do some jail time.

Prosecutor Danette Meyers will offer a plea bargain, but given the fact that jail time will be part of any deals, Lindsay is NOT interested and she's prepared to go to trial to prove her innocence.

Given the fact that Lindsay was just offered her first movie role in quite some time, we can understand why she'd ESPECIALLY want to avoid jail time…or at least delay it until after she makes the movie.

Thoughts???
