Lindsay Lohan's Plea Deal: Prosecution Playing Hardballz, Wants Her In The SLAMMER!

It's becoming crystal clear that Lindsay Lohan and her expert lawyer Mark Heller will NOT be able to charm their way out of rehab, or even JAIL!

Despite making their best efforts to CONVINCE the judge/prosecution that Lindsay is totes fine, does not require rehabilitation, and definitely doesn't deserve JAIL TIME…

It seems her opponents are playing major hard ballz, as they are apparently demanding that any plea deal made inclue one or BOTH of aforementioned outcomes.

One alleged insider reveals:

Lindsay Lohan REJECTS Sweet Rehab Plea Deal! Claims There's NOTHING WRONG With Her!

tumblr mhmpzvdtjk1s1nx8qo1 500

To say we're feeling EXASPERATED over the latest installment in the saga that is Lindsay Lohan's legal proceedings would be an understatement…

Because Our Lady of Perpetual Chaos has been offered a sweet-ass plea bargain that would require her to attend a rehab facility for 60 30 days in lieu of heading to trial over her June car-crash-lying-to-cops-case, which you would think she'd be thanking her lucky Louis Vuitton heels for.

But nay.

Even though Lilo's new lawyer Mark Heller is still in "ongoing negotiations" with the prosecution and is working hard to make sure Lindz can avoid a trial, let alone JAIL TIME, Lindsay seems to be living in an eternal state of denial. So much so that she has REJECTED the rehab deal on the grounds that there is nothing wrong with her, thus she doesn't NEED to be rehabilitated, and girl is apparently ready and willing to go to court.

We just do NOT understand what is going on in that little redhead's head!

Would she rather go to jail for months than go get some good ol' fashioned therapy in a swanky celeb vacation retreat rehab center?!

Or is she SO starved for attention that she welcomes the media frenzy that goes along with a public trial?!

We sincerely hope she wakes up and smells just how sweet this plea bargain is, or we fear she's going to be posing for the cameras behind metal bars in the not-to-distant future!

Lindsay Lohan Does NOT Need A "Get Out Of Jail Free" Card…Because She's INNOCENT!

lindsay-lohan-claims-innocent-will-not-plea-bargain-court-case

At least, according to Lindsay Lohan, that is!

And we all know that her definition is "innocent" is a FAR CRY from how the rest of us interpret the word!

But to the surprise of no one, the troubled starlet is once again playing a dangerous game of Russian Roulette with the prosecution in her latest legal drama - as she's due back in court later this month to finally resolve the case involving her June car crash on the PCH - and it looks as though despite the best efforts of her long-suffering, possibly-fired attorney Shawn Chapman Holley, LiLo is pretty much securing herself some SERIOUS jail time!

As we've reported, Holley got sacked right by her client right before she was able to negotiate a plea bargain with prosecutors, which apparently, would have kept her out of jail so long as she agreed to six months of lock-down rehab!

And even though sources with law enforcement maintain the offer is still available to Lindsay, regardless of her current representation

Looks like Chad Johnson won't actually be going to jail after all!

Even though he allegedly head butted his ex-wife Evelyn Lozada in a serious argument several weeks ago.

He has apparently struck a deal with prosecutors to be able to stay out of jail.

The Marijuana Case Continues! Judge Rejects Willie Nelson's Plea Bargain

judge rejects willie nelson plea bargain

Sorry to hear it, Willie!

To recap, last year Willie Nelson was charged with marijuana possession when the cops found weed on his tour bus at a border checkpoint.

Then last month, he struck a deal with prosecutors in which he agreed to plead no contest in exchange for reducing the charge. At the time, he was ordered to pay a $500 fine and he was told he wouldn't go to jail. We had also heard that if he behaved himself for a month, the judge would dismiss the case entirely!

All seemed pret-ty fair to us, but unfortunately West Texas judge Becky Dean-Walker has rejected the plea bargain.

Here's what she had to say about it:
