There's nothing like giving a teammate a little tap on the tush to tell them they've done a good job!

But when Chad Johnson got a little too frisky with his lawyer in court, it ended up costing him BIG time!!

As we previously mentioned, the former footballer was in court yesterday following up on domestic violence arrest from last year, and apparently he was VERY close to striking up a plea deal that would have let him walk free. But that quickly changed when Chad decided to congratulate his lawyer on a job well done with a little pat on the booty!

Chad drew a light chuckle from the crowd with his actions, but his celebration may have come a little to soon as the judge was NOT laughing!

Not only did she scold him for not taking things seriously, but she ended up throwing out the plea deal and sentenced him to 30 days in jail! YIKES!!!

Like we said, a spanking is a great way to congratulate a fellow athlete, but unfortunately for Mr. Ochocinco he was in a courthouse and NOT a football field!

Alec Baldwin's alleged stalker is not going down without a fight!

Earlier today, Genevieve Sabourin rejected a plea offer after she was accused of following the married 30 Rock actor to his home and sending him multiple emails.

The deal would have let the canadian actress walk away with no jail time and would have left her criminal record blemish free. However, she called the offer "offensive" as the trials have already forced her to spend all of her retirement money and has even left her homeless!

Now Genevieve is looking to face Alec in court later this month and hopes that an acquittal will help get her life back on track!

Prioritizing: Lindsay Lohan is doing it wrong!

We totes get wanting to have fun and all, but sometimes the fun has to be put to the side.

And right now, LiLo should be putting ALL fun to the side!

But of course, little Lindz refused to suffer even just the slightest in order to deal with her lying to cops case. She was adamant she wouldn’t take any deal that would have her missing out on Coachella.

LiLo is a staple at the annual music event (no matter what cray cray shizz is going on in her personal life). And it seems this year will be no different as she avoided having to enter rehab before the April festival. A source revealed:

SO then WHY did Lindsay finally accept the lockdown-rehab plea deal mere moments before Monday's decisive court hearing?!

Well DUH, obviously rehab beatz jail time!

In fact, we can't fathom WHY Lilo has been SO opposed to attending a rehabilitation facility, because even if she's convinced herself she has zero substance abuse issues, it's not like she (or anyone for that matter) can't benefit from 90 days of personal reflection and healing therapy!

Especially since we're sure she'll be kept on lock in a swanky resort-type establishment that includes all the luxuries fit for a celeb of her status. LOLzz!

Well that explains a lot!

Considering Lindsay Lohan was dealing with a lying to cops case and probation violation, it would seem a bit strange she was ordered to rehab.

But not so strange once you remember alcohol was at the scene of the accident.

Oh right, that pesky little thing!

Now it makes perfectly good sense that our tardy for the party court case damsel was sentenced to rehab due to substance abuse issues that keep popping up at the most inconvenient times like when cops are around.

The booze found at the scene was in a water bottle and appeared to be wine.

This is sooooo not good for Lindsay Lohan.

LiLo doesn't seem to realize there is a massively strong case against her, and clearly her attorney isn't capable of defending her or else she probably wouldn't have been so damn difficult during plea deal negotiations!

Instead, she put up a ridic fight and got nada!

That’s right, no more plea deals will be offered to our little legally confused lady.

Prosecutors are now preparing for trial for the lying to cops case where LiLo refused to accept any sort of punishment with the deals.

Her only other option to avoid trial is to have her attorney, Mark Heller, enter a plea for her on Monday, but that whole scheme seems like a longshot in this crazy case.
