Ray J Walks Away From His Sexual Battery & Assault Of An Officer Case Almost Completely Scot-Free!

ray j cops plea deal battery case wow

Well this is a lucky break for him!

Ray J was arrested for sexual battery and assault on a police officer a couple months ago, but it looks like almost all the charges are being dropped…Like his sex tape with Kim Kardashian! LOL.

Anyway, all the charges are set to be wiped away with the exception of a misdemeanor for trespassing!

So, that means his assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, and sexual battery charges are all gone!

Well, under the condition that he will: be on probation for three years, complete 50 hours of community service, go to 12 anger management sessions, and another 12 alcohol therapy sessions.

Oh, and he has to stay away from the Beverly Wilshire Hotel and pay the police back for the car window he broke.

That's a lot of stuff to do, but it's better than having all those charges on your record

mike sorrentino avoids jail time with plea deal

Looks like Mike Sorrentino, a.k.a The Situation, just accepted a plea deal that will allow him to avoid jail time for assault.

Sitch was arrested last month for assaulting his brother, Frank, at Boca Tanning Salon, their family-owned business.

Thankfully for Mike, he was able to trade jail time for 12 weeks of anger management classes for the scuffle.

We just hope Mike completes his anger management classes successfully and that he's able to peacefully solve disputes with his brother in the future!

Shia LaBeouf Suits Up For Court & Looks For A Plea Deal Over His Cabaret Crimes!

shia labeouf arrives at court

We know the biggest consequence of Shia LaBeouf getting laBusted at Cabaret last month is that he's finally on the road to recovery.

But there are going to have to be some legal consequences as well.

On Thursday morning Shia showed up for court and according court sources, he's being just as cooperative here as in his AA meetings.

In fact, the prosecutor on Shia's case says that the two sides are hard at work on a plea deal. Presumably Shia is throwing himself on the mercy of the court in exchange for no jail time.

We mean, it's not like he can deny that was him in that theater!

We guess Shia will just have to believe in a higher power- New York's legal system! Dun dun!

Justin Bieber Will Avoid Jail Time With A Plea Deal In Egging Case, But There's Still A Punishment!

justin bieber probation for egging case

Oooh, Justin Bieber! You've done it again!

Despite egging his neighbor's house and causing thousands of dollars worth of damage, our Biebsy boy won't be seeing the inside of a jail cell.

Instead, he will reportedly be taking a plea deal that will keep him from being locked up so long as he complies to one year of probation, community service time, and pays for the damage that has been done, which is reported to be about $20,000.

His lawyer will reportedly appear in court at 1:30 p.m. PDT where he will plead no contest to misdemeanor vandalism on behalf of Bieberoni.

We're sure he's happy to put this behind him so he can move onto one of his other legal messes!

apollo nida agrees to snitch plea deal

We've got a rat on Real Housewives of Atlanta!

Well, calm down, ladies. It's not a REAL rat.

But Apollo Nida has agreed to be a rat on other criminals as part of his plea deal for his wire and bank fraud case.

Yup, the feds have gotten him to agree to work in an "undercover investigative capacity." That's official speak for snitch!

Now, Phaedra Parks' donkey booty lovin' hubby has agreed to record conversations with other people possibly involved in crimes. The only problem is the plea deal is available to the public…

…so, we guess everyone who might be involved in crime has received a heads up to not talk to Apollo.

While he could be facing 30 years in prison, if everything goes not as planned, we're sure he's hoping some snitching will ease the punishment.

Guess he'll find out come July!
