We guess he totally was his brother's keeper.

Bernie Madoff's brother Peter Madoff is scheduled to plead guilty in the criminal case resulting from the Ponzi scheme that escalated into a multibillion-dollar fraud.

Peter Madoff is the former chief compliance officer at the private investment arm of Bernard Madoff's business.

Peter's lawyer had argued he was totally unaware of his brother's ponzi scheme and this his wife had lost millions of dollars in the scheme herself.

Federal papers show however that Peter Madoff's signature is on a paper that reads he has plead guilty. If he is indeed pleading guilty then Peter Madoff will forfeit all personal and private property and will serve ten years in jail.

That is a loooooooooong time!!!

His brother Bernard Madoff pleaded guilty to fraud and is currently in jail and is serving a 150-year sentence.

Well, we guess we're going to see how this one goes!

Jaime Pressly was arrested for driving drunk when she was pulled over in Santa Monica earlier in the month, and despite her BAC level being nearly three times the legal limit at .22, she reportedly pled "not guilty" to the charges this morning in an El Lay courtroom!

We have a feeling that those breathalyzers don't lie, bb!

But only time will tell!

If you recall, we reported on a few months ago because the sick asshole purposely stuck his finger down his throat so he would vomit on an off-duty police officer and his 11 year old daughter at a Philadelphia Phillies game last April!

He now has plead guilty to assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct, and has been sentenced to 1-3 months in prison, two years on probation, and 50 hours of community service.

Absolutely deplorable! He deserves everything he got!

A British man is facing serious jail time after he plead guilty to 19 counts of creating fake nude photos of actress Emma Watson - with her head on the body of an underage girl!

The photos were uploaded onto the net last month and quickly identified as fake, and officials discovered the photos on 39 year old John Cavanagh's computer!

Ew ew ew! So making fake nude photos of someone isn't enough anymore, he needed to use an underage girl's body?? Deplorable!

The case is currently on hiatus because Cavanagh has dismissed his legal team.

Absolutely disgusting. WTF is wrong with people??
