Prince William and his father Prince Charles are true gentlemen.

But just because they drink tea does NOT mean they are afraid to fight battles they believe to be worth fighting for!

And one war that Prince Charles is especially itching to fight is the war on animal poachers! But not because he loves violence, but rather Prince Charles believes it is the only way!

This is just AWFUL!

At the Tsavo National Park in Kenya, the Wildlife Service said they believe a gang of 10 poachers killed a whole family of elephants!

That is so sad!

They are currently pursuing the poachers who are believed to have killed 11 elephants.

The gunfire attack killed the whole family, then the poachers chopped off

Terrible!

This is so sad, but over the past five years around the Nouabale Ndoki National Park in the Republic of Congo, over 5,000 elephants have been killed!

At the Bouba N'Djida reserve in Cameroon about half of the elephants were recently killed by poachers.

Absolutely terrible!

The World Wide Fund for Nature said they sent in too few security personnel to take out the poachers.

As many as 200 elephants were killed

There has been a recent spike in rhino poaching, and it may lead the entire species right into extinction.

So park rangers have literally militarized.

This is crazy.

The have machine guns and run through drills and exercises so they can take on the poachers who kill poor rhinos just to get their horns.

26 poachers have died because of intense gun fights with the park rangers!

Awful!

State game wardens found a dead mountain lion in the Santa Monica Mountains in California.

The poor lion was caught, killed and mutilated by poachers.

He was a collared lion, having been tracked by researchers for over two years until his collar just recently stopped sending signals.

And that's when he was found.

This is the second lion to die recently in LA, the first having been killed during morning rush hour trying to cross the freeway.

It's so sad that we're unable to coexist. If only the lions could be more like the Moscow subway dogs…

This is so sad.

Poaching is so bad in South Africa, that private game reserves are literally removing the horns from rhinoceroses so poachers will stop slaughtering them.

They say the horn is like a nail or hoof, so trimming it down doesn't hurt the rhinos so that's good at least.

We guess it is better to be alive with no horn, than dead.
