On New Year's Day, a man named Charles Quaid, his wife and doggie went for a stroll on San Francisco's Point Reyes Beach… but unfortunately, once the harsh waves that were reported to have reached 10 to 12 feet surfaced the shore, he was swept away along with his wife and pooch.
