One haunted house got real scary in the creepiest way possible!

Regina Janito, and her 17-year old daughter were allegedly assaulted and verbally harassed at the Massacre Haunted House in Montgomery, Illinois, and have since filed a lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit, one of the clowns in the parking lot of the haunted house allegedly "violently" poked Regina's daughter with a vibrator, while another clown performed oral sex on a teddy bear wearing a strap-on vibrator.

We get that once upon a time, poking actually meant flirting on Facebook, but is it a reason to end a life? No. No, it is not.

A man in Nottingham was sent to 4 years and 4 months of prison, after getting into a deadly fight with his then-friend.

Scott Humphrey got into a heated argument in a cab ride with friend Richard Rovetto, claiming that Richard had "poked" his "missus" on Facebook.

The argument became physical, according to a press release:

We reported last month that Motley Crue rocker Vince Neil got in trouble for barging into a Vegas nightclub and forcibly jabbing her with his right index finger in the chest, and now, he's been charged with two misdemeanor charges of domestic violence and disorderly conduct!

According to court documents, Neil forced "his way into the Shimmer lounge [at the Las Vegas Hilton] while a performance was occurring…and poked three people with his right index finger…each time stating the words, 'fuck you.'"

Seems a little silly, right?

Well, it won't be if the Judge decides that Neil is in violation of his probation, which stems from his DUI conviction last year! He could be thrown back in jail!

Wow. Not a smart thing to do.

We have a feeling that regardless of if he gets in serious trouble or not, he'll be keeping his fingers to himself from now on.
