According to DA Steve Kunzweiler, he felt there was enough evidence to charge Shelby with the crime after conducting a thorough investigation. We imagine shooting an unarmed man for no apparent reason played a big factor in the decision…

In a statement to the press, Kunzweiler explained:

This seriously needs to stop.

On Thursday, state trooper Jermaine Saunders shot and killed Daniel Harris after a traffic violation in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The 29-year-old was deaf, mute, and unarmed.

The State Bureau of Investigation says the State Highway Patrol officer tried to pull over the man's Volvo on I-485 for speeding.

However, the car didn't pull over for the trooper, resulting in a brief pursuit.

The Highway Patrol told Channel 9 that the chase continued onto the Rocky River Road off-ramp, where the officers intentionally bumped Daniel's vehicle to get him to pull over.

When the chase ended on Seven Oaks Drive — the street where Mr. Harris lived — neighbor Mark Barringer described to WCNC how both cars were damaged:

Cop Who Killed 73-Year-Old Woman During Training Exercise Has A History Of Police Brutality — There's Even Shocking Video!

For some reason this doesn't surprise us…

As you may have heard, a 73-year-old woman was shot and killed by police during a "Shoot/Don't Shoot" training exercise in Punta Gorda, Florida on Tuesday night.

Mary Knowlton had been randomly selected to act as a cop during a pretend standoff for the community event when "bad guy" Officer Lee Coel fired two live rounds into the retired librarian, killing her before she could get to the hospital.

By all accounts, this was just an unfortunate accident — the prop gun had somehow been loaded with real ammunition as opposed to blanks — but it does not help the situation that Lee has a pretty questionable history in law enforcement.

Apparently, before working with the Punta Gorda Police Department, the 28-year-old was forced to resign from Florida's Miramar Police Department after "failing to satisfactorily complete an agency field training program."

But that's not even Officer Coel's worst offense — he was actually involved in a case of police brutality last October when he

This is one of the most tragically needless deaths we've ever heard of.

A 73-year-old woman was just shot and killed by police on Tuesday night during a training exercise aimed at showing how difficult it is for cops to know when to shoot.

Apparently, Mary Knowlton was participating in a "shoot/don't shoot" community event in Punta Gorda, Florida when she was randomly selected to pretend to be a bad guy facing off against police.

However, through some unlucky chain of events, the elderly librarian ended up getting shot multiple times with live ammo instead of the intended blank rounds.

Punta Gorda police Chief Tom Lewis issued a statement after Mary was "mistakenly struck with a live round," asking for prayers at this difficult time, saying:

Police Shot This 76-Year-Old THREE TIMES After Responding To A 911 Call At The Wrong Address…

How are these people even getting hired in the first place?!

It's no secret America currently has a problem with law enforcement being too trigger-happy, and the latest incident of Police Brutality does not help the matter.

That's because officers in New Jersey just shot a 76-year-old man THREE TIMES after responding to a 911 call… at the wrong house!

Two officers in Cumberland County, N.J., thought they were protecting and/or serving their community when they approached Gerald Sykes' home on Friday night after an emergency caller failed to leave an address.

Naturally, the innocent man immediately assumed the two men nearing his house's rear entrance were burglars… so he grabbed his shotgun and

Freddie Gray's Killers Officially Get Away With It As Prosecutors Drop All Remaining Charges Against Police

Filed under: Legal MattersR.I.P.Sad SadSocial Issues

It really seems like there's no justice in the world sometimes.

Freddie Gray became one of the first high profile victims of the current wave of Police brutality when he was killed in the back of a Police van in Baltimore back in April of 2015 .

The 25-year-old was arrested for allegedly carrying around a switchblade… but was somehow killed due to injuries to his spinal cord before he ever made it to the station.

Of the six officers initially charged with varying degrees of responsibility in the homicide, three had already been acquitted prior to this week… and unfortunately, the three remaining cops just got off as well.

Baltimore Chief Deputy State's Attorney Michael Schatzow made the controversial decision to drop the charges against officers Garrett Miller, Alicia White, and William Porter on Wednesday after seeing how unlikely any convictions would be since Circuit Judge Barry G. Williams had already pardoned officers Edward Nero and Caesar Goodson as well as Lt. Brian Rice through totally not corrupt bench trials.

The medical examiner literally ruled Freddie's death a homicide… yet, once again, none of the people responsible for his murder are being held accountable.

Still think the Black Lives Matter movement is in the wrong??

Rest in peace, Freddie.

Drunk Police Officer Pulls His Gun On Jack In The Box Drive-Thru Employee — And The Whole Thing Was Caught On Video!

no title

If you don't think the U.S. has a police problem, you don't know Jack.

Police around the country are supposedly being held accountable for their actions like never before after the recent uptick in officer-involved shootings, but this story stands out for all the wrong reasons.

That's because newly surfaced video of a drunk Sheriff's Deputy in Santa Clara, California being arrested for pulling his gun on a fast food worker is going viral!

Related: Trigger-Happy Cop Was Aiming At Autistic Man, Not Black Therapist…

Apparently, off-duty officer Benjamin Lee was arrested back in January after he threatened a Jack in the Box drive-thru employee with his weapon for not making his food fast enough, but video of the incident only just made its way online over the weekend.

As seen in the viral vid, Benny was booked for suspicion of DUI and for brandishing a weapon after the restaurant called 911 — however, we're hearing his only real punishment was some paid administrative leave.

While we're glad no one was injured in the standoff, Ben sure is lucky he was just a guilty cop and not, say, an innocent black man

Ch-ch-check out video of the drunken incident and subsequent arrest (below)!!!
