We're guessing Murphy Brown fans must feel pret-ty torn right about now.

Producer Diane English has stated that she'll try to bring the show back if Sarah Palin runs for office:

“If Sarah Palin runs, I’m going to ask CBS to bring us back.”

Here's what she had to say about how long she thinks it would take for her to properly "skewer" Palin:

“I would only need six episodes."

LOLz. Guess we shall see if it becomes necessary for the show to return.
