Potential Presidential Candidate & Republican Rick Santorum Expresses Support For Bruce Jenner — Read The Conservative Politician's Stance On Bruce's Transition HERE

We admit this revelation is a bit surprising.

On Saturday, the ultra conservative and former Senator Rick Santorum expressed support for Bruce Jenner.

[ Related: Brody Shuts Down Speculative Headline Involving Bruce & A Red Dress — Says 'Have Some F*ckng Respect'! ]

Santorum, who might run for President in 2016, is well-known for his extremely conservative views(R.S. once compared same-sex marriage to bestiality), where it concerns marriage equality and social justice.

When asked about Bruce's plans to transition, however, the politician conveyed compassion and understanding towards the Olympian.

Rick revealed:

"If he says he's a woman, then he's a woman. My responsibility as a human being is to love and accept everybody. Not to criticize people for who they are. I can criticize, and I do, for what people do, for their behavior. But as far as for who they are, you have to respect everybody, and these are obviously complex issues for businesses, for society, and I think we have to look at it in a way that is compassionate and respectful of everybody."

Hmm, that's NOT what we were expecting!!

As for where Santorum stands on laws protecting the rights of the transgender community, he was less emphatic and clear-cut, saying:

"So these are tough issues. I haven't got into the whole issue, and I don't think the federal government should get into the whole issue of bathrooms. I think those are things that the business community and local agencies and organizations should deal with."

Wait…how is denying the basic rights of a human being an example of compassion?

While it's positive Rick's views have evolved, we still hope they continue to grow!

So, what do YOU think of Santorum's remarks?

Ughhh…

As you've probably heard by now, everyone's favorite Clueless actress appeared on The Meredith Vieria Show on Wednesday when the topic of gender equality came up.

Stacey Dash was quick to point out that there really isn't such a thing as gender pay gap and that people are just making up excuses.

Even though Meredith and a ton of other outlets pointed out that it's proven that women only make 77 cents compared to every dollar made by a man, the right-wing pundit has continued to defend her stance.

Following her episode of Meredith, Stacey took to Twitter to voice her opinion, saying:

Katy Perry's Sunflower Boobs Stir Up Political Controversy Between China And Taiwan!

Katy Perry's sunflower dress causes controversy.

How could something as sweet as a sunflower cause controversy?

Alas, it can!

One of Katy Perry outfits worn during her Prismatic World Tour has caused division among her fans in China and Taiwan.

The sunflower-adorned costume (above) — which features sunflowers right on Katy's boobs, of course — has been interpreted by some as a pro-Taiwanese message and a show of solidarity for the Sunflower Student Movement.

The Sunflower Student Movement was a student-led protest against the passing of the Cross-Strait Service Trade Agreement (an economic treaty meant to make trade between mainland China and Taiwan easier) that occurred from March 18 to April 10, 2014.

Consequently, the protest movement celebrated its one-year anniversary just a few weeks ago, which makes the timing of this sunflower ensemble all the more significant.

Considering that Katy also wore the flag of Taiwan (which was given to her by an audience member) as a cape during a performance in Taipei two days ago, it makes sense that some people would find her use of sunflowers to be a further statement in support of Taiwan's independence from China.

Caught In The Grindr: Yet Another Gay Scandal Involving A Politician!

Randy Boehning

Now how does this make sense?!

A 12-year member of North Dakota's state assembly, Republican Randy Boehning, was revealed to have a profile on Grindr, a popular app amongst gay, bi, and curious guys. The Grindr profile in question is that of ‘Top Man!' and has the description:

"Seems I haven't found mister right yet, so need to keep looking for and having fun on the way! Hit me up boys."

That's all fine and well except Boehning is actually known for repeatedly voting against a bill that, if passed, would have included sexual orientation to the state's anti-discrimination law. OH THE HYPOCRISY!

Boehning claims that an employee at the Capitol had mentioned to him that another lawmaker was going to out him if he continued to vote against bills granting equality and protection to gays.

The hard proof came forward when, Dustin Smith, a local 21-year-old claims he was sent an unsolicited picture of Boehning's penis and several other messages and leaked them to The Forum earlier last month due to Boehning's discriminatory voting.

Smith's opinion on Boehning and his voting was perfectly summed up by his statement:
