Carnie Wilson, of the musical trio Wilson Phillips, admitted while co-hosting Wednesday's episode of The Talk that she was a pretty crappy friend as a kid.

The singer still feels guilty about sending her fat camp roommate to the hospital after she fed her too many laxatives!

Apparently, Carnie was a regular attendee every summer at these camps and didn't exactly play by the rules, explaining:

“Lindsay still wants to party... But she feels going to rehab saves face in the eyes of the public.”

Well, it was either rehab or prison stripes, so we’re not sure that’s exactly right, DJ. But ok...

He then continued to say that Lindsay has a particular penchant for cocaine, having used it more times than she revealed during her interview with Piers Morgan:
