In case y'all didn't know, Bo Obama is a world class decorator and he needed to inspect the White House decorations!

The GAWRGEOUS Portuguese water dog gave himself a tour of all the bright lights and tinsel and trees, giving passing grades to all the festive fun.

But something caught Bo's eye and left him absolutely DUMBFOUNDED….

First Lady Michelle Obama couldn't help but smile when talking about the presidential pup, Bo, on Letterman!

Michelle had nothing but praise to give to the Portuguese water dog, saying:

“Bo is wonderful. He is the smartest dog on the planet.”

Bo is not JUST the Obama's family dog — Mrs. O considers him more like an actual son!
