Details From The MaSheen's SUCCESSFUL Cleveland Show!

details-of-charlie-sheens-cleveland-performance

We don't know if it was lowered expectations, or he actually got his shiz together, but shockingly enough, the MaSheen totally KILLED IT during his Violent Torpedo of Truth performance in Cleveland, and even received a standing ovation at the end of the night!

However, we're hearing that the Cleveland Playhouse bosses were ready for anything, so as a precautionary measure, no glass bottles were allowed in the theatre, so angry attendees couldn't smash them or throw them at the stage!

Luckily, the rule ended up being unnecessary, as the crowd LOVED him, and according to sources, started chanting "Fuck Detroit!" the minute the actor appeared on stage!

Here are some HIGHlights:

Security was "extremely tight," in the theater, and especially backstage.

Sheen had the help of a moderator, who asked questions. However, many audiences members screamed out topics throughout the night that Sheen was happy to discuss.

Charlie wore a Cleveland Indians jersey.

When asked about Emilio Estevez, Charlie responded "Don't you guys want to hear about me?"

A source explained: "The show is one huge vehicle to sell merchandise, he is hocking everything he can on stage."

The audience chanted "Fuck that bitch!" in regards to Denise Richards

Charlie claims that he's not really a warlock, but "I have been able to spin magic the past couple of weeks…you guys all bought tickets without knowing a damn thing about this show."

Charlie on stuttering: "Stuttering taught me how to listen, which we all have forgotten about."

Charlie on Two and a Half Men: "How many 'Two and a Half Men' fans are here, and who wants to see me back on it? Do I want to be back on it? Well fuck yeah I do! I made them 5 billion!"

Charlie on Major League 3: "Fuck Milwaukee! We are filming Major League 3 here! Cleveland, do you feel like you are winning? I love you all, goodnight!"

Wow.

Well…personally, it sounds to us less like the performance was better, and more like the audience was just more receptive to his crazy than in Detroit.

But hey! If they had fun, and so did he, we guess they're all winning!

Congrats, we guess! LOLz!

Wall Street 2 Gets A REALLY Good Review!

Well now we're intrigued!

Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps might actually be a GOOD sequel. The Hollywood Repoter's Kirk Honeycutt writes:

"Thus Money Never Sleeps is that rare sequel that took its time — 23 years — so it not only advances a story but also has something new to say. The film overheats now and then but blame this on filmmaking passion. One senses a fully engaged filmmaker at the helm, driving the movie at a lightning pace as if in a hurry to get to the next scene or next aphorism that further illuminates this dark world.

"How audiences will react to revelations that may no longer be revelations is hard to say. But [Oliver] Stone has cast his movie well with Shia LaBeouf, Josh Brolin and Carey Mulligan to attract younger viewers while Michael Douglas' return as Gekko can't help being a major lure.

"Can you win two Oscars playing the same role? An actor rarely gets the opportunity to revive a breakthrough role in a way that allows him to rethink the character in terms of changes time has wrought and to reflect on where fatal flaws once lay. Douglas does this brilliantly."

Inneresting!

Will U be going to check it out?

Everything's coming up Conan!

Right on the coattails of announcing his new, late night talk show on TBS, Conan O'Brien kicked off his live comedy tour in Eugene, Oregon, and to no one's surprise, it was a hit!

The giant ginge apparently had a variety of special guests on stage with him during The Legally Prohibited from Being Funny on TV tour, including Andy Richtner, Reggie Watts, Jack McBrayer, and the band Spoon!

Sounds fun!

Rolling Stone's Scott Sepich wrote:

Though his trademark self-deprecation permeated his performance, like when he joked about having “no ass” while donning the ridiculous purple suit Eddie Murphy wore in his stand-up film Raw, O’Brien exuded defiant confidence throughout the night, bolstered by a crowd that roared with approval of nearly everything he did.

We can only imagine what he's going to have in store for the other 31 tour dates, but we're glad he started on such a high note!

What do U think?? Are U going to see Conan's comedy tour??
