The 24-year-old dished to People about the moment she realized she should seek help, explaining that it wasn't exactly an easy choice to make:

"I think it was one of the hardest decisions I've had to come to, but I need to do for myself and my family. It was really just one day where I was like, 'You know what, I think I need more help than what I'm getting here. I need time to focus on myself,' and I kind of just was like 'I need to do it.' And I did it."

Thankfully, the MTV personality had a strong support system in her husband Tyler Baltierra, who looked after their baby girl Novalee Reign:

A source divulged:

"She is trying to take care of herself. She wanted to get herself healthy again. The postpartum has been really scary for everybody, but she's taking care of it. She's taking care of herself."

That definitely explains why she would want to explore some more natural treatments on her path to recovery, especially considering she previously entered a rehab center back in October.

It's so good to hear that's she making herself a priority.

We'll be thinking of her during this difficult time!

Hayden Panettiere Is Back On Nashville — Admits She Was 'Floored' By The Support After Revealing Her Postpartum Depression!

See what she has to say HERE!

For the past few months, Hayden Panettiere has been super honest about her struggle with postpartum depression.

Last October, she announced she was checking herself into rehab to battle the illness, and even took some time off her hit show, Nashville, to cope with the disease.

However, the 26-year-old explained to Yahoo Style that it wasn't easy to make that announcement, saying:

"I was always so terrified that people weren't going to accept me. I finally just went, I'm tired of living afraid. I'm tired of living in fear of what people are going to think, so, you know, I'm just going to put it all out there on the table and I'm not going to worry about the judgment."

But it turns out the momma-of-one didn't have anything to worry about, because she was met with kind words and ample support. She admitted to being completely overwhelmed — in a good way — by the public's reaction, adding:

"The more open I was, the more acceptance I got from people. I got so much support and so much love. I was floored. I feel much more exposed, yes, but in a great way."

And for the small few who weren't so accepting of the gorgeous gal's struggle, she's got a message for them! The lovely lady says of anyone who denounces PPD:

Hayden seeking treatment for her postpartum depression.

Hayden Panettiere has been very public about her struggle with postpartum depression ever since the birth of her daughter, Kaya, back in December.

Well, now it's been revealed by her rep that the Nashville starlet is now seeking treatment at a facility.

In the statement released on Tuesday, Hayden's rep says:

"Hayden Panettiere is voluntarily seeking professional help at a treatment center as she is currently battling postpartum depression. She asks that the media respect her privacy during this time."

Postpartum depression is incredibly serious, and is more common than some might think.

It was just a couple weeks ago that the 26-year-old opened up about it, explaining:

"It's something a lot of women experience. When [you're told] about postpartum depression you think it's 'I feel negative feelings towards my child, I want to injure or hurt my child' — I've never, ever had those feelings. Some women do. But you don't realize how broad of a spectrum you can really experience that on. It's something that needs to be talked about. Women need to know that they're not alone, and that it does heal."

We're so glad she's getting the help she needs to heal.

Hayden's character on Nashville was also revealed to suffer from postpartum depression. Anyway, we're glad she's taking her health seriously.

Our thoughts are with her, her fiancé, Wladimir Klitschko, and their baby.
