Just when we thought that all of the Tom Cruise Scientology craziness had died down with summer's end…

Vanity Fair goes and drops a whole new batch of Xenu-flavored INSANITY on the world!

And we say insanity, we mean NO exaggeration whatsoever!

Because according to the magazine's upcoming cover story, there was a WHOLE LOT more going on behind all those pesky rumors that the actor had multiple auditions for his post-Nicole Kidman bride through the church…and Katie Holmes was almost a woman named Nazanin Boniadi!

Apparently, Scientology head David Miscavige's now-missing wife Shelly Miscavige spear-headed the "Marry Tom Cruise" operation back in 2004, during which they brought women in under the guise of

Adam Lambert Is Not Alone! American Idol Producers In Talks With Multiple Stars For Creative Overhaul Of Series!

Wow! Come this fall, there may be a whole NEW American Idol as it rolls into its 12th season!

We reported earlier that literally no one's job is safe on the judges panel, as Jennifer Lopez seems pretty disinterested in returning, and producers may be looking to replace original castmember Randy Jackson with former contestant Adam Lambert!

But now, we've gotten word that produces aren't stopping there, and may be planning a COMPLETE creative overhaul, and they've reached out to the likes of Miley Cyrus, Nicki Minaj, Fergie, Katy Perry and will.i.am to join them for the next stage of the reality competition!

Audition Online For The Broadway Revival Of Annie!

Calling all ginger, tween Rachel Berry wannabes!

The casting directors of the upcoming Broadway revival of Annie are apparently not only auditioning potential girls for the title and supporting roles in the classic musical on June 12th in NYC, but will also be taking a page out of the Glee handbook and are accepting audition submissions from on-line!

Well, that will certainly open the floodgates for pretty much EVERYONE to audition, don't you think?! Yeesh!

We wouldn't to be the poor intern sitting through all of those videos! LOLz!

In fact, we're surprised they didn't turn the whole process into a reality show!

What do U think?? Do U want to audition for Annie?

Is Portia de Rossi Taking Over For Steve Carrell On The Office??

Very curious indeed!

There's been quite a bit of speculation over who will be taking over Steve Carrell's much-coveted role on The Office - names being thrown around include Ricky Gervais, Danny McBride, and Rhys Darby.

Sources close to production confirm that McBride will be on the upcoming season, but not as Carell's successor - that spot is being given to an Arrested Development alum!

Inneresting! While many of the cast is involved in other projects, the only one who doesn't appear to be attached to anything (except for the Arrested flick) is the lovely Miz Portia de Rossi!

AMAZING! We think she would make an INSPIRED choice! Would totally change up the dynamic of the show, which we think it needs!

What do U think?? How would Portia do on The Office??
