A 18-year-old prankster from Florida was arrested for giving people wedgies outside of a movie theater.
A police report said the man, Charlie Ross, grabbed people by the back of their pants and pulled them up hard.
Ross is known around his town for pulling an assortment of pranks on people around his town and posting them to Youtube. One video of him kissing strangers gathered 400,000 views online.
Ross thinks it was fair to arrest him, but he doesn't plan to stop pulling his pranks anytime soon.
