Mila Kunis' Stalker Pleads Not Guilty!

Ugh. But of course.

Why would someone capable of harassing another ever be logical or rationally-minded enough to admit their guilt when on trial for doing exactly that?

That's right. Stuart Lynn Dunn, the man who has been stalking Mila Kunis over the past year - and even squatted in a condo she owned - pled not guilty to the felony charges he's currently facing, one count of stalking and another of stalking in violation of a restraining order, today in court!

Thankfully, as he's been unable to cover his $150,000 bail, he'll remain behind bars until his pre-trial hearing on August 1st!

Phew! This guy is seriously creepy - especially in light of

Mila Kunis Said Her Stalker Had "Crazy Eyes" During Preliminary Hearing!

Ugh! Just hearing this sends shivers down our spine!

After Stuart Lynn Dunn, the man who had been stalking Mila Kunis, violated his restraining order and still continued following the actress, he was charged with two counts of felony stalking. During his preliminary hearing yesterday, it became all the more clear how dangerous this man truly is, and why he deserves to stand trial for it!

According to LAPD Detective John Gregozek's testimony, he interviewed the actress twice regarding the incidents, and claims she told him that she was both "scared of Mr. Dunn" and "in fear for her safety," as he had "crazy eyes" and looked like he "could eat" her!

Jerry Sandusky's Lawyer Accidentally Gives Out Gay Phone Sex Hotline Number During Press Conference

Joe Amendola sex hotline

LOLz! Talk about a legal blooper!

During a press conference after waiving Jerry Sandusky's right to a preliminary hearing, Joe Amendola was speaking about the unrealistic chance that PSU officials were told of an alleged rape by Mike McQueary and proceeded to do nothing about it.

The conversation prompted the lawyer to quip, "I suggest you dial 1-800-REALITY."

His suggestion may not have been suitable for anyone younger than 18 because, apparently, that's a 99-cent-per-minute gay sex hotline!

We'd like to give a shoutout to Deadspin, the sports blog that made the priceless decision to actually call the number and recorded the hotline's intro, which states:

"Hey guys, welcome to the hottest place for triple-X action. Get ready for bulging, bursting pleasure with horny gay, bi, and bi-curious studs. Just 99 cents per minute."

We bet 1-800-REALITY's phones are ringing off the hook thanks Mr. Amendola's holiday gift of free publicity! Ha!

New Deets On The Jackson Preliminary Hearing!

It seems that Dr. Conrad Murray's girlfriend will testify on Friday, the fourth day of the preliminary hearing to determine whether he should be tried on an involuntary manslaughter charge in the death of singer Michael Jackson.

It was revealed that Dr Murray made a two-minute cell phone call to Nicole Alvarez from inside an ambulance as paramedics tried to revive Jackson on the way to UCLA Medical Center.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor will decide if there is "probable cause" to send the case to trial.

Michael was likely dead on arrival to the hospital, but doctors continued to try to revive him.

Although Jackson was likely dead on arrival at the hospital, emergency room doctors continued to revive him for over an hour.

Dr. Thao Nguyen said Murray "appeared devastated" as the spoke in the emergency room, adding, "He asked me not to give up easily and try my best to save the patient."

Prosecutors presented phone records on Thursday that Dr. Murray was talking on almost non-stop on his cell phone for the 45 minutes before he realized that Michael was not breathing.

He spoke with another patient, his Las Vegas clinic and a woman in Houston, Texas.

More Disturbing Details Emerge From The MJ Murder Hearing

This certainly isn't going to help his case.

As the preliminary hearing against Dr. Conrad Murray for the murder of Michael Jackson continued yesterday, yet more shady details about the day the pop star passed are coming out, thanks to a testimony from a Paramedic and security guard who were both at the scene.

El Lay County Paramedic Richard Senneff took the stand to reveal that when the ambulance arrived at the Jackson home on June 25, 2009, at 12:26pm, the singer appeared already to be quite dead, despite Dr. Murray's claims.

Senneff explains:

"When I picked him up, his legs were quite cool. His eyes were quite dry."

He went on to testify that no pulse was detected, and a heart monitor showed that Jackson had flatlined.

He also asserted that Murray claimed that Jackson had only been given a dose of lorazepam to help him sleep, and had only just collapsed, which Shereff thought "didn't add up."

Even more disturbing, however, is the account from Jackon's former security chief, Faheem Muhammed, that Murray didn't know how to administer CPR properly!

He explained that when he and bodyguard Alberto Alvarez entered the room, they found the doctor crouched down "in a panicked state asking, 'Does anyone know CPR?' I looked at Alberto because we knew Dr. Murray was a heart surgeon, so we were shocked. The way that he asked it is as if he didn't know CPR." and that during the entire ordeal, his boss appeared dead, with his "eyes open and his mouth open, just laying there."

The more about this day that comes out, the more horrific and preventable this entire tragedy seems.

Our heart goes out to the Jackson family, whom we're sure must be struggling to endure this entire mess all over again.

This NEEDS to go to trial, and this man needs to be held accountable for his negligence!

Kenny Ortega Speaks Up Against Dr. Conrad Murray

kenny ortega speaks up against dr conrad murray

As we mentioned yesterday, a preliminary hearing is scheduled for today, where Dr. Conrad Murray will face his involuntary manslaughter charge for Michael Jackson's death.

As the trial begins, it looks like we've already got two of MJ's crew who are NOT on Dr. Murray's side: Michael's bodyguard Alberto Alvarez and This Is It director Kenny Ortega.

Here's what Ortega had to say about Murray's behavior when MJ got sick during a rehearsal day for the London comeback concerts:

"[Murray] was upset that I had sent Michael home the night before and didn't allow him to rehearse."

And more from Ortega:

“Dr. Murray told me that this was not my responsibility and asked me to not act like a doctor or psychologist … and leave Michael’s health to him."

“It was scary. I didn’t know what was wrong, but I knew there was something going on."

And here's what Ortega had to say about MJ's vastly improved condition during two rehearsals before his death:

“It was like the Michael we all knew and loved."

Sounds strange, and pretty sketchy.

Guess we'll see what happens as Dr. Murray's preliminary hearing gets underway today.
