As information continues flowing in about the unthinkably tragic events that occurred in Boston this afternoon, we're sad to report one of the two confirmed victims who died in today's explosion was an 8-year-old boy!

We lost a legend today. The renowned film critic Roger Ebert passed after an arduous battle with cancer. And yet, his influence in film and criticism remains as visible as it ever has been.

Whoops!

During President Barack Obama's first historic visit to Israel today, his $1.5 million dollar limo broke down.

Yes, even the President of the United States has car problems!

The run-down ride, formally known as The Beast, had to be towed after the presidential driver put gas in the car instead of diesel.

UGH! It's so hard to find good help these days!

Fortunately, seeing as he is the president and all, the secret service had a back up limo so his packed schedule wouldn't fall behind.

At least one of his 600-person entourage didn't eff up! LOLz.

Michelle Obama is one lucky dog mama!

She was spotted out and about for a stroll through the South Lawn of the White House yesterday.

She had one handsome companion with her too!

No, it wasn't President Obama, he's too busy running the world.

It was Bo!! Her Portuguese Water Dog!

The First Lady had a pic (above) posted to her twitter that said:

"Photo: Bo, the Obama family dog, follows First Lady Michelle Obama across the South Lawn of the @whitehouse"

We love how close behind her he's following.

He just looks like all he wants to do is snuggle her all the time!

Just look at his little white paws! They're like shoes!

After six weeks in bed, Barbara Walters once again took her co-hosting seat on The View earlier this morning!

The acclaimed broadcast journalist was forced to take a leave of absence from the talk show after fainting and hitting her head on the marble floor at President Barack Obama's inauguration in January and later suffering from a bout of chicken pox from a celebrity "who shall remain nameless."

But no worries! She says even though people around her are treating her delicately, she is ALL good.

We'd be great too if we got flowers and get well cards from people like the president, Michelle Obama, Nancy Reagan, and the Queen of Jordan!! LOLz!

Marriage isn't a federal issue, our asses!

Despite openly supporting gay marriage and emphasizing the importance of equal rights SPECIFICALLY when it comes to homosexuals in his inauguration speech, President Obama (well his administration at least) have remained adamant that enforcing or amending marriage laws is NOT the job of the federal government…

BUT, it seems that Obama and his peeps have had a change of heart, as the Obama admin. will file a "friend-of-the-court" brief in the Supreme Court TODAY in SUPPORT of those homosexual couples who took legal issue against Prop 8 when it shat all over the rights of California's gays 4 years ago!

Obama's Administration is URGING the court to overturn Prop 8, which would allow previous same-sex marriages to be recognized and (hopefully) would pave the way for complete gay-marriage legalization in the state of California.

The fate of Prop 8 will reportedly be decided by June… here's to Elton John FINALLY getting his wish of marrying in CA!

Yet another example of our wonderful President promoting tolerance and equality!
