When we heard Disney was buying LucasFilm Ltd., we thought there was a good chance we might see a brand new Star Wars trilogy!

We were wrong.

A trilogy is only 3 movies, and the Mouse has no plans of stopping there!

Disney has confirmed they are indeed planning on making Star Wars Episode VII, set for release in 2015!

But their long term goal is to release a brand new feature every 2-3 years from then on, continuing the Star Wars franchise FOREVER!!!

Makes sense to us! They have to recoup that $4 billion price tag somehow!
