With a bit of a Southwestern flair and a blue mermaid braid, Demi lights up the screen in this behind-the-scenes vid (above) where she shares her excitement as one of the new X Factor judges and what her daily beauty regimen is to keep that fresh face glowing and pretty.
She's just so naturally gorgeous and has such a sparkling personality, we can't take our eyes off of little Demetria!
Our only complaint is that we don't have even more BTS footage from her photo shoot! Watch! Watch! Watch (above)!!!

New New Yorkers Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise are hitting all the NY hot spots!
But maybe they should do a little research before they show up!
The mother-daughter pair was spotted at the Chelsea Piers sports complex in Manhattan Tuesday.
Suri was dressed like a little princess which was totally ADORBz! But maybe it wasn't the right outfit for a workout.
Mom Katie wasn't exactly dressed for the gym either, wearing designer jeans and a pretty polka dot blouse.
Maybe they heard people were getting fit and thought they said getting "fitted." The lovely ladies do love their dresses!
Just wait ’til they bring their hedge trimmers to Madison Square Garden! LOLz!
