Naomi Watts has crossed over to the dark side!

The blonde beauty debuted her darker 'do while filming, Diana, in London on Tuesday.

For this particular scene Watts, who plays Princess Diana, has a romantic encounter with her lover, Dr. Hasnat Khan, but to keep the relationship on the DL, she would dye her hair to throw off the paparazzi.

Sneaky.

Not only is this making us more excited for the film, but we’re absolutely loving Naomi's newly dyed tresses.

Naomi Watts' days as royalty are numbered as she continues to film the Princess Diana biopic Caught In Flight.

The actress has been working hard on the role all summer and wasn't slowing down this week in England.

Justin Bieber got in trouble with the law last week when he was pulled over for driving dangerously fast on the 101 Freeway and, as we reported over the weekend, he's not going down alone.

Before he filed a harassment complaint against an aggressive paparazzo, he made sure to call 911 to get the story straight and tell the authorities WHY he "was driving like a maniac."

In the 15-minute phone conversation (above), the pop star is pretty calm and collected while talking to several operators, who sound pretty sympathetic to his situation. He tells them the entire story about being tailed, trying to escape and getting pulled over as a result.

At the 9:23 mark, you'll hear him start to tell his side of the story. He sounds pretty angered by how the LAPD handled the situation too, as he explained:

A documentary that investigated a possible cover-up of Princess Diana and Dodi Al-Fayed's 1997 death has been permanently shelved just weeks before it was set to hit theaters.

Unlawful Killing was produced by Al-Fayed's billionaire father and purchased by distributors at the Cannes Film Festival last year. Controversy surrounds the flick because it paints a negative picture of Prince Charles' family by alleging a Royal cover-up and conspiracy to keep key facts from the media.

It's been fifteen years since Princess Diana's tragic death and her tale is finally being told in a big screen film fit for true royalty!

We think Naomi Watts looks absolutely STUNNING in her portrayal of the celebrated international heroine, director Oliver Hirschbiegel certainly cast the right gal.

The film, Caught in Flight, tells the story of Princess Di's last years, including her well-publicized divorce with Prince Charles and affair with heart surgeon Hasnat Khan.

Naomi has huge, sparkly shoes to fill … but she looks perfectly at ease to us in this first glimpse!
