Because Papa Johns and Chegg don't like their own rules, they've decided to disqualify the Horace Mann School For The Deaf from winning a Taylor Swift concert!

They claim it's because they didn't agree with how the school got their winning votes, and while we agree that it's pretty lame for anyone to do this as a joke, the fact that people rallied to have the school win should be recognized no matter if it started as a mean internet prank!

We're sure they would have loved it — and why take that away from them??

Apparently, freedom of speech is not on the curriculum at this Indiana high school!

The principal expelled a senior — three months before graduation — just cause he tweeted the eff-word…. from his bedroom… at 2 a.m.

How the f**k is that within the school's jurisdiction? Um… it's NOT!

Here's the seriously stupid tweet that got him expelled:

"One of my tweets was, F**K is one of those F**K words you can F**K put anywhere in a F**K sentence and it still F**K make sense.”

OMG! That statement is WAY too dumb to be offensive to anyone!

What is wrong with the world???

Police actually had to be called up to control the crowd of pissed parents and students after it was announced that Cynthia Davis, a popular principal at Paradise Valley High School in AZ, had been fired.

The parents had no idea why the board had voted 5-0 not to renew Davis' contract, but now it's become clear that it had something to do with Ms. Davis' sexual orientation.

A former biology teacher who worked at Andre Agassi College Prep Academy in 2005 has filed a lawsuit against the school over racism!

James Holmes Jr. is claiming that he was "treated like crap" and "fired" because he's black!

According to the lawsuit, James' experience at the school was all good until a new principal was hired in 2008, who allegedly gave better treatment to "white teachers."

James claims that he wasn't allowed to travel to a science conference due to "budget restraints," but he says he later learned that the funds WERE available…but they were reserved for other teachers, who all happened to be white.

He ALSO claims that his request for new lab materials was denied due to "budget restraints"…but then he found out that the principal DID approve an order for two other teachers. And yes…they were white.

James says he filed a complaint with the school and was THEN replaced with a substitute teacher who was NOT certified to teach science. Ugh.

If these claims are all true, then we hope the teacher is properly compensated.

Just awful.

She gets points for creativity, but marks off for spelling!

Mona Lisa (the NYC teacher, not the painting) got 15 days of paid vacation by pretending to be at jury duty!

Her cleaver scheme was busted because of a dumb mistake. The fake jury duty notices she showed her principal was riddled with spelling mistakes.

We hope she enjoys early retirement!

Awful.

A 13-year-old boy was denied by the Milton Hershey School, a boarding school in Hersey, PA because he was HIV-positive.

The school claims that the boy was too much of a "threat" because of a fear of unprotected sexual activity.

What?!?

Meanwhile, the boy, who remains anonymous because of his age, says:

"I thought I would get into the school, because of the type of student and person I am. My life has turned into fear, anger, confusion and tears.

I don't see the direct threat. In my home we respect what my mother tells us to do. … We come straight home from school, do homework, chores and do things as a family unit. Isn't that what Milton Hershey school is supposed to be about, but with a great educational environment? I guess not?!"

So sad.

Thankfully, the AIDS Law Project has gotten involved and has filed a lawsuit on his behalf, alleging that the school violated the Americans with Disabilities Act. His lawyer adds:

"This young man is a motivated, intelligent kid who poses no health risk to other students, but is being denied an educational opportunity because of ignorance and fear about HIV and AIDS."

The school, so far, is not backing down. Watch what the school's principal has to say (above).

We're SO glad to see so many people standing up for such an important cause!

To recap, earlier this week we were horrified and disgusted to hear about a PRINCIPAL at Sequoyah High School in Tennessee who shoved and verbally harassed 17-year-old senior Chris Sigler for refusing to take off a shirt promoting the establishment of a gay-straight alliance (GSA) club on campus!

Then earlier today, we learned that there was even MORE bigotry and close-mindedness going on in that SAME school system in Monroe County!

Apparently, the school couldn't claim a GSA because they couldn't find ANY faculty sponsors! WTF!

Fortunately, there's some light at the end of this tunnel! We're now hearing that the gsanetwork's Make It Better Campaign has gotten over 40,000 signatures from people who are "demanding an investigation of a principal's alleged assault of a student for wearing a pro-GSA shirt." AMAZING!!!!
