And the ridiculousness continues!
Christian Louboutin is seeking a court order to keep competitors from copying his signature colored soles.
The papers were filed on Tuesday after an employee at Christian Dior told a Louboutin private investigator about their plans to release a collection of shoes with red soles.
Wait a minute. He hired a private investigator!? That's a little much, don't cha think?
Since the New York Post published the rumor, a Dior spokesperson has denied the rumor, telling WWD the fashion house "does not manufacture and sell any shoes with a red sole".
See monsieur, no need to lose sleep over it!

When will this end?
The divorce between model Stephanie Seymour and ex-husband Peter Brant seems to get worse every time they go to court.
In this weeks courtroom battle Stephanie is going after the private investigator hired by her ex claiming he's coming up with lies that will "harass and defame" her.
Her lawyer wrote in the newly filed court papers:
"It is [Seymour's] position that the nature and scope of said surveillance was improper, entailed fabricated allegations, was calculated to harass and defame [her] and that such improper conduct may have been suborned by Mr. Brant, and therefore speaks to his character and fitness."
What the lies were, we don't know. But if Stephanie gets the PI questioned in court, we're sure we'll find out before too long.
