This little drug issue just turned into a serious sitch!

Amanda Bynes might not think her marijuana arrest was such a big dealio, but considering she's had legal problems in the past, it's far bigger than one might think.

See, if you're on probation (which Amanda is for pleading no contest to driving on a suspended license), you can be in violation of that probation if you're arrested (which Amanda was for marijuana and that bong tossing game she was playing).

And we ALL know what a problem a probation violation can be for someone. Right, Lindsay Lohan??

An arrest warrant went out this month for Chad Johnson, stemming from a probation violation. The probation was set after his 2012 domestic violence arrest, where he headbutted his now ex-wife Evelyn Lozada.

He failed to report to his probation officer on TWO occasions (funny how he doesn't have time for that, but time for Twitter CONSTANTLY), AND he failed to show proof of enrollment in a domestic violence education class.

The judge has just determined Chad WAS in violation and ordered him to be arrested and jailed, and it's imminent that bail will be set.

Why is it so hard for some people to just follow the law?? Blows our minds! LOLz!

Again?! SERIOUSLY?!

Hasn't this guy gotten himself into ENOUGH trouble in the past few months?

Apparently not, because Edward Furlong has once again been arrested, after he blew off a restraining order and showed up at his ex-girlfriend's home to engage in a war of words!

According to sources with law enforcement, the troubled American History X star, who was court-ordered to stay away from his former lady love after he was arrested twice for beating her up and is facing significant jail time for violating his probation, just kept on thumbing his nose at the law last night by trying to cause a commotion at her West Hollywood home!

Gucci Mane is a pretty successful rapper, so we have no idea why he feels it necessary to have another full-time job on the side…as a CAREER CRIMINAL!

We may recall that he recently assaulted a man with a champagne bottle at a nightclub in Atlanta, for which he's been locked up since March 26th with no bail.

Well, apparently, the judge took pity on Gucci two days ago and set his bail at $75,000! He was then released from behind bars yesterday…

Guess Lindsay Lohan will be high-tailing it out of rehab and moseying down to that nearby liquor store faster than any of us could have anticipated!

As we've reported, the hard-pAArtying starlet will soon be beginning her 90-day probation violation sentence essentially locked down in rehab at the Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach. Although the facility can't force her to stay, it does have 24-hour security at the doors, so if she tries to slither on out, the proper authorities will be alerted!

However, the chances of her taking off have just gotten significantly higher, because despite her prior demand that she be allowed to take Adderall for her "ADHD" while in treatment, the folks at Seafield have come forward and revealed that this is NOT going to fly!
