chris brown arrested felony assault probation violation

He might be claiming he's been cleaning up his act, but this isn't looking well.

Chris Brown has reportedly been arrested in Washington D.C., and it's no little matter.

The singer was allegedly arrested for FELONY assault after he supposedly began punching another man during an argument outside the W Hotel.

It was around 4:30 a.m. after Breezy was reportedly in the area hosting a party. But instead of going straight to bed after the party, it seems he is now

Chris Brown Sentenced To 1,000 Hours Of Hard Labor & Put Back On Probation! Get Deets HERE!

chris brown sentencing probation reinstated 1000 hours community service rihanna assault lied

Uh-oh!! The s**t just hit the fan!

Today a judge sentenced Chris Brown to a whopping 1,000 hours of community labor and also reinstated the probation stemming from his horrific assault of ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

The district attorneys went to great lengths to argue that the singer lied about completing his prior community service and submitted bogus records. Apparently their arguments were persuasive because 1,000 additional hours is is quite a lot!

Think about it!! Chris could pick up highway trash or scrub off graffiti in parks for well over a month straight, and he still wouldn't hit his mark!! Yikes!

Chris Brown Back In Court For Allegedly Lying About Community Service!

Chris Brown is making a return to court today, proving his battle with the law may never end!

This time, the Los Angeles County D.A. is allegedly arguing the singer violated his probation in the Rihanna domestic violence case by lying about his completed community service!

Oh, bad Breezy!

Lying about picking up garbage is SO trashy! Ha!

The D.A. filed docs earlier this year claiming Chris submitted bogus community service records, and was reportedly not even in Virginia when the hours were supposedly completed!

This whole ordeal is about to get legally messy!

The hearing is going on NOW, so more updates to follow!

Chris Brown Pleads NOT GUILTY To Hit-And-Run, Has Two Weeks To Turn Himself In For Booking!

chris brown pleads not guilty hit and run charges two weeks to turn himself in

Breezy went in front of a judge today, but the only thing breezy about Chris Brown's day in court was the wind whistling by outside!

He pled not guilty to the charges of hit-and-run filed against him recently, the same charges that caused his probation to be revoked.

CB is currently free on his own recognizance, but he was only given TWO WEEKS to turn himself in for booking… since he was never arrested on the actual day of the accident and alleged incident!

The talented dancer has more moves than anyone, but none will help him out of this pickle. Come hell or high-water, Breezy must turn himself in before August 6th and

Chris Brown's Probation Gets REVOKED! He's Free — For Now!

chris brown probation violation case hearing

Chris Brown's dramz never ends!

The singer has just had his probation revoked!

After the District Attorney proceeded with seeking a violation of probation case due to a recent car accident where he's accused of not properly exchanging info, Breezy didn't fare too well with his quick court appearance today.

However, things could have been worse because while his probation was revoked by the judge, he wasn't taken into custody and instead was released on his own recognizance. Now, he will have to appear back in court in August when the judge will rule on whether or not he DID violate his probation.

But first, Breezy will have time to respond

Chris Brown In Risk Of Probation Violation After Being CHARGED With Hit And Run!

chris brown charged hit and run accident

Chris Brown might or might not have assaulted a girl at a nightclub, but that's the least of his worries now!

The singer has been CHARGED in connection with an alleged hit and run accident!

We weren't sure what was going on with this sitch, but it seems reports of Breezy being totes responsible in handling the matter might not be so true.

Instead, he's been charged with leaving the scene without exchanging proper information and driving without a valid license. And each charge is punishable with up to six months in jail.

But still, those are the least of his worries! Breezy's case is reportedly going to be turned over to the L.A. County D.A. to determine whether or not this is a probation violation since he's STILL on probation for the Rihanna incident!

And that could result in four years in jail!

We've gotta say, if he's found guilty of rear-ending the other vehicle and not exchanging proper info before leaving then it sounds like a major violation of probation.

Breezy, might want to start getting used to the color orange.

Chris Brown Responsible For Hit-&-Run?! Could Face Jail Time!

Filed under: Oops!Legal MattersLove LineChris Brown

chris brown hit and run possible probation violation

Chris Brown just can NOT keep himself out of trouble!

Last week, Breezy got into a fender bender in El Lay when his Range Rover hit a Mercedes while he was cruising with Karrueche Tran, but apparently things between the drivers got heated.

Reportedly, the singer wouldn’t give up his driver’s license number, and gave the other driver the WRONG insurance info!

The LAPD is looking into the matter because if all that is true, then it could be considered a hit-and-run, which could land him in jail since he's still on probation for beating up Rihanna.

This situation shouldn’t have been THAT hard to deal with, especially since there wasn’t much damage done to either vehicle.

We’ll keep you posted with more deets once Breezy works it out with the cops.
