The 48 year old has been tapped by the Procter & Gamble Co.-owned brand to be the be the hair and face of the Pantene Expert Collection, a new line of products that fights hair aging.

Olay is a lying liar who lies — allegedly.

An El Lay woman has filed a class-action lawsuit against the beauty company's parent company Procter & Gamble, claiming the ads for Olay's Regenerist Anti-Aging Eye Roller and Regenerating Eye Cream are built on false promises.

Lorette Perez-Pirio also accuses P&G of knowing their products "do not possess the requisite competent and reliable scientific evidence to substantiate their bold claims", but continue to sell them anyway.

And for kicks and giggles she called both companies "snake oil salesmen".

Way to go for the turkey neck jugular, Lorette! That'll show 'em!

A not so wrinkle-free Perez-Pirio is seeking injunctive relief and restitution not just for her, but any and all customers who bought that product starting in May 2008.
