We understand a parent's unconditional love for their children, but it will likely take more than a note from Mom to clear Dzhokhar's name!

She won't return to the States because she is wanted on 2012 felony charges of property damage and shoplifting, but Zubeidat continues supporting Dzhokhar and his deceased older brother Tamerlan from her current residence.
