Ashton Kutcher is still in the process of getting out of one marriage, but sources are saying that he's preparing to enter another.

Yes, even though he's technically not divorced from Demi Moore yet, he already wants to marry Mila Kunis!

The Two and a Half Men star "wants kids and misses the security of being married" so much that he may propose to his current girlfriend (who he has nicknamed his "little wife") in December. As one insider explains:

So this guy wanted to propose to his girlfriend, right?

He makes a few mistakes:

1. He thinks that proposing to someone at a sporting event is a good idea.

It's not (now she gets to remember the moment you proposed while wearing a backwards hat!)!

2. His girlfriend goes to get beer and MISSES the reveal!

That's just bad luck — unless he knew when the proposal was going up… and in that case you tell her the beer can wait!

Guess he's not wasting any time now that he's come out of the closet!

A little over a week after Anderson Cooper announced to the world that he is gay, reports are surfacing that the journalist is preparing to marry his boyfriend, Ben Maisani…and they could even tie the knot as soon as LABOR DAY!

According to an insider:

"He'd been considering breaking the news [about being gay] since same-sex marriage became legal in the state of New York last summer. It's been about a year now and he wants to get married to Ben. They're totally committed to one another. They're a very low-key couple who sticks to their routine."

Awww! That's absolutely LOVELY!

And if it can't get any sweeter, reports also suggest that the Silver Fox's own mother, Gloria Vanderbilt, has been one of the biggest supporters of their upcoming nuptials, and is even suggesting they look into adoption together!

Amazing!

Whether or not this one is true, we're just happy to see Anderson happy with his decision to reveal his sexual preference to the public, and in love and content in his personal life!

But we're not going to lie…a labor day wedding would just be PERFECT! Ha!

Less than one week after Chinese New Year, California legislators have introduced a bill to ban the possession, sale and distribution of shark fins used in a traditional soup.

If successful, the proposed ban announced Monday would follow a similar measure enacted in Hawaii last year. Oregon and Washington are also considering similar legislation.

Shark fins are used to create a luxury Chinese soup that can sell for as much as $40 a bowl.

Supporters of the ban say shark finning is a cruel practice in which fishermen slice the shark's fin off while the animal is still alive and then throw the shark back in the sea to die.

We also think it should be against the law to sell soup for $40 a BOWL.

So Sad!

Law makers have taken away our right to see how our food is made in Iowa.

A bill making it a felony to produce and distribute videos showing animal abuse on farms was approved by the House and a similar bill was approved by a Senate committee Thursday morning.

Iowa's agriculture industry pushed for the bill after the release of a video showing extreme cruelty and abuse taken undercover at an Iowa hatchery.

Proposed penalties include up to five years in prison and fines of up to $7,500.
