Something tells us the Betty Ford Center is a bit less tranquil today…

Despite Lindsay Lohan's desperation to leave the Betty Ford Center, she isn't going ANYWHERE!

While LiLo is going "CRAZY" without her magical Adderall pills and will do just about ANYTHING to be transferred to a more lenient facility, prosecutors are FED UP with Linds' diva demands and are "unbending" about their decision to decline her request to switch up rehab centers once again.

But in common Lindsay fashion, the troublemaker refuses to take responsibility for her pill poppin' habit by claiming Betty Ford is too "old school" and hasn't changed with the times.

Right! Because everyone swallows Adderall like candy these days! NOT.

This is sooooo not good for Lindsay Lohan.

LiLo doesn't seem to realize there is a massively strong case against her, and clearly her attorney isn't capable of defending her or else she probably wouldn't have been so damn difficult during plea deal negotiations!

Instead, she put up a ridic fight and got nada!

That’s right, no more plea deals will be offered to our little legally confused lady.

Prosecutors are now preparing for trial for the lying to cops case where LiLo refused to accept any sort of punishment with the deals.

Her only other option to avoid trial is to have her attorney, Mark Heller, enter a plea for her on Monday, but that whole scheme seems like a longshot in this crazy case.

Alec Baldwin won't be punished for losing his shiz on a photographer last June.

Marcus Santos, a Daily News photographer, claimed that the angry 30 Rock star punched him in the chin outside the New York City Clerk's office where he had picked up his marriage license.

The photog reported the incident to the cops, but prosecutors don't buy his story and in the end, things worked out in Alec's favor. A source explained:

The heavy hand of the law has FINALLY caught up with Amanda Bynes, and she is NOT going to be able to drive away from this!

The actress has reportedly been charged with TWO counts of hit-and-run, stemming from separate incidents over the past few months in which she drove into various cars and took off before having to be held accountable!

Too bad if she's convicted NOW, she'll be held accountable for a YEAR behind bars!

It's pretty hard for Amanda Bynes to deny a hit-and-run when she's driving around the evidence!

As we all know, the former child star rear-ended a Toyota in the Valley in the beginning of August and then took off without exchanging insurance information. That case is going to court and it looks like the prosecution can just log onto the internet for all the evidence they need.

Mz. Bynes was cruising around in her dented black BMW on Sunday, which (judging by the damage) looks like the same black BMW from the hit-and-run she's being charged for.

At least she's making sure she's extra alert on the road these days.

Photographers spotted her picking up some coffee at a Starbucks drive-thru, before stopping at a friends house and then stopping by a Coffee Bean on the way home!

Multiple jailhouse phone calls between George Zimmerman and his wife have been released to the public and they do NOT make the accused murderer look any better in our eyes.

The man who shot Trayvon Martin was released on bail and then taken back into custody this month after prosecutors discovered he had concealed his finances to get a reduced bond. It turns out that he had over $130,000 worth of donations in his bank account after he told a judge he was broke.

His wife Shellie is also facing a perjury charge because she corroborated his story with false testimony. The calls were used as evidence in court to prove that the Zimmermans were trying to cover their financial tracks and it's pretty solid proof considering the content.

Remember how we told you that this one's the hit-and-run case had finally been sent to the D.A.???

Welll…after accusing Lindsay Lohan of giving him more than a love tap back in March, Hookah Lounge manager Thaer Kamal has apparently changed his story so much, prosecutors rejected the case!!

According to them, Kamal is a "non-credible witness" who refused to cooperate with law enforcement - including his reluctance to produce medical records.

We bet she's super relieved! Too bad the same isn't going for that assault case… But hey! It wouldn't be the life of LiLo without ongoing drama, now would it??
