Florida State University Quarterback Jameis Winston NOT CHARGED In Sexual Assault Case!

jameis winston faces no charges after being accused of rape

It looks like Jameis Winston may have just dodged a HUGE bullet.

The Florida State University quarterback faced no charges today after he was involved in a sexual assault case when a classmate accused him of rape.

One of the biggest reasons the case didn't move forward was that prosecutors did not feel like they had enough evidence against him.

There was also a HUGE hole in the victim's story, as she claimed she was so intoxicated on the night of the incident that she couldn't consent to any sexual activity. However, toxicity reports found that her blood alcohol level was .04 and they found no traces of date rape drugs in her system.

This raised some flags in the heads of prosecutors as to whether or not the alleged victim was being entirely truthful.

There is a small chance that the case could be reopened, however if they weren't able to get enough evidence to move forward now, it's unlikely that they will be able to find more evidence down the road.

Ruh roh!

Kanye West doesn't have the best history with the paparazzi, and it might finally be biting him in the booty.

After getting into a scrappy little disagreement with a paparazzo at LAX, Yeezy is facing some accusations that might be backed by some of his other actions from other incidents with paparazzi.

We hear prosecutors on his case want to use footage of him going after other paparazzi to back up their claim that he typically attacks photogs and tries to damage or take their cameras.

Prosecutors reportedly want to show the jurors on the case four different incidents where Kanye acted similarly.

But then again, since Kanye is claiming self-defense, maybe all those other moments were self-defense as well??

If so, with all that experience he really should start thinking about teaching self-defense classes!
