What a brave and heroic act!

Maurice Harris fought off two heavily armed men who were in the midst of invading his home. The reason Harris struggled with them so mightily is because of his 11-year-old daughter in his house - she was in the room the robbers were attempting to get into.

Sadly, Harris lost his life fending off the men.

That is so bitter sweet.

This dog is so loyal, it won't even leave it's owner's side, even after the owner was buried.

The dog nearly starved to death, refusing to leave the grave.
