The crazy man who's been stalking Madonna, breaking into her house, and just plain terrorizing her has been locked up in the place with all those ugly white jackets.

Grzegorz Matlok was originally deported to Poland after breaking into Madge's house the first time, but the loon returned and broke into her house yet AGAIN!

The thirty year old told police Madonna had given him permission to stay there…

Of course he is.

Renato Seabra, the model accused of killing and castrating journalist Carlos Castro, may be mentally unstable to stand trial — or at least that's what his lawyer is hoping.

On Friday, Seabra's lawyer David Touger asked the judge for more time to review his client's hospital records to make sure he can stand trial.

Touger also wants Renato's statements he gave to cops to be thrown out because they had no "probable cause" to arrest him. As we mentioned before, those statements include the model's admission to murdering and castrating Castro.

Until the records are reviewed, the 21 year old will remain in the psychiatric hospital jail ward.
