Although the 23-year-old pop star has yet to stir up any drama, the PTC has already tried to torpedo the award show by contacting past sponsors and urging them to pull their ads.
Apparently, the "family-values" group found Miley's 2013 VMAs performance with Robin Thicke a little too suggestive for the supposed 14+ audience, so they want to make sure nothing like that happens this year.
