Madonna's older brother had a run in with the law recently, and it did NOT end well for him.

Police were called to the Grand Traverse County Civic Center in Michigan after Anthony Gerard Ciccone refused to leave a bathroom and began harassing the janitorial staff. But when the cops arrived, it was clear he wasn't going to go quietly!

Traverse City Police Captain Brian Heffner says a female officer attempted to restrain him when he began to put up a fight:

Well, this adds fuel to the fire of rumors that she decided enough was enough after his public intoxication arrest!

And the day AFTER Valentine's Day, no less! Brutal!

But yes, after the announcement yesterday that Diane Lane and Josh Brolin decided to end their marriage of eight years, reports have now surfaced that reveal that it was, in fact, the ACTRESS who filed the legal documents for divorce in El Lay Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences!"

Aww! Well, we knew that their relationship hasn't always been the smoothest of sails, but it does break our heart to think about them being so unhappy together that this is the only resort!

Especially since seven years ago, Diane had the following to say about her husband:

"I was fishing out of a different pond, proof that I'd grown up and was ready for a deeper experience. When I met Josh, I met someone I could parent with; it's hard to share that job and in some ways it's easier to do alone. But mothers need to be told, 'Do your best. You're doing a good job. I see you struggle. You're not alone.' …It's euphoria to be in my own life with people who are real."

So sad that in this case, she had to experience the not-so-fun side of someone's realness!

Trouble in paradise?

Perhaps Diane Lane wasn’t too crazy about hubby Josh Brolin getting arrested on New Years Day for public intoxication and put him in the dog house?

While that might be the case, it wasn’t the exact reason Josh showed up solo for the Hollywood premiere of Gangster Squad as he revealed:

You see… it's just now coming out that Josh Brolin was cuffed right before midnight on January 1 for publicly getting a lil' too boozed and showin' it!

Bronson Pelletier may deny that he peed in public, but it seems someone isn't buying it — the police!

The Twilight actor has officially been charged with being drunk in public after the LAX incident.

According to the Los Angeles City Attorney's office, Bronson has been charged with one count of public intoxication.

This is only a misdemeanor, but it could land the young actor in prison for a maximum of six months!

That's one costly pee!

Bronson is due back in court for an arraignment hearing on January 7th.

And we hear he'll be answering to those other drug charges just ten days later on January 17th! Eesh!

Dang, it took not one, not two, but THREE arrests, but Randy Travis is finally putting down the drinky drink!!

Crazy enough, all of the country singer's arrests took place this year, but now his lawyer, Larry Friedman said he's “eliminated alcohol from his daily life.”

However, not only did he give up booze, but he's also on a strict work out plan and eats healthy, Friedman said:

The two-time Olympic champion feels HORRIBLE today and not just because he has a black-eye and a hangover!

We think Shaun White is an athlete who takes his responsibilities as a role model and an ambassador for his country seriously and he showed that today in a Facebook statement he released to his fans.
