Most strip clubs bend over backwards to keep Charlie Sheen happy — but this one is not taking his threats lying down!

The Warlock is still pretending to be totally flabbergasted by Cheetahs strip club for naming their VIP room after him, and refusing to change it when he asked nicely threatened legal action.

Now, the club's owner says they're throwing a "naked party" in the "Sheen Room" Friday night just to spite Charlie!

You would think Sheen would LOVE that — but instead he's worried the club will further tarnish his "reputation." LOL!!!

The Masheen is SO mad he has his lawyer saying:

Well, sounds like Courtney Love’s rights to her late husband’s estate are dwindling down even more.

Reportedly, Courtney and Kurt Cobain’s daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, has recently obtained the rights to her dad’s name, likeness and appearance.

Back in 2010, Love received a $2.75 million loan from Frances’ trust fund and still has yet to pay it back.

Recent documents reveal that until Love pays back the loan, she will be unable to profit off of Kurt’s publicity rights.

We can't even understand what it would have been like to have been staying at the Beverly Hilton Hotel the day Whitney died.

Not only would it be a huge shock, but we're sure the amount of traffic and camera crews, and people running around the hotel would be unbearable!

But we're hearing that that doesn't matter to the hotel — they're refusing refunds!

Apparently, the entire floor was on lockdown over the weekend, making their lives miserable. We can understand that.

According to Finnish reports, Adam Lambert and his Finnish boyfriend Sauli Koskinen were just released from jail after getting into an atrocious, violent fight in-and-outside a gay nightclub.

Adam has yet to release a statement on his arrest, but his BF Sauli wasted no time writing about the ordeal on his blog, according to Finnish sources, who translated the post. It reads:
