Puddle of Mudd may have rose to the top of modern rock last decade, but that's not stopping the lead singer's life from falling apart in this one.

Wes Scantlin narrowly avoided jail time in July after pleading guilty to a felony cocaine possession charge. In order to stay of out the slammer, the rock star was supposed to attend a probationary drug counseling program AND stay out of trouble for 18 months.
