No jail time!

Chris Evans’ brother, Scott Evans, has pulled a Lindsay Lohan and gotten off the hook with his court case after being charged with attempted possession of a controlled substance when he tried to buy cocaine from an undercover cop.

Captain America’s former soap star brother bit the bullet by pleading guilty and was sentenced to attending 60 Narcotics Anonymous meetings.

But get this!

He is so totes not pulling a LiLo and has already started attending the meetings to put this case far behind him.

Someone doesn't want to become a court regular!

And if he can complete them all in six months and behave, the case will be thrown out as if he was never foolish enough to try buying drugs from a cop.

Hey Hollywood, it pays to be honest!

Justin Bieber got in trouble with the law last week when he was pulled over for driving dangerously fast on the 101 Freeway and, as we reported over the weekend, he's not going down alone.

Before he filed a harassment complaint against an aggressive paparazzo, he made sure to call 911 to get the story straight and tell the authorities WHY he "was driving like a maniac."

In the 15-minute phone conversation (above), the pop star is pretty calm and collected while talking to several operators, who sound pretty sympathetic to his situation. He tells them the entire story about being tailed, trying to escape and getting pulled over as a result.

At the 9:23 mark, you'll hear him start to tell his side of the story. He sounds pretty angered by how the LAPD handled the situation too, as he explained:

A mom from Utah named Valerie Bruno is really upset with a judge who encouraged her to cut off her daughter's lovely ponytail in order for the little girl to receive a lighter amount of community service.

The trouble started when Kaytlen Lopan and her friend were charged after cutting off several inches of another girl's hair. The two mean girls pretended to be the toddler's friend before hacking off the locks.

ATTEN-SHUN!

An Abercombie & Fitch shop in Milan is under scrutiny for the bizarre punishment their staff receives each time they make a mistake.

Whenever the male employees mess something up, they're forced to do ten push-ups. The ladies? They have the joy of doing ten squat thrusts.

When asked for explanation, one of the managers said the forced punishment is a great way for the staff to learn the error of their ways. Not only that, but the manager also said the mini work-outs would help them maintain the fit bodies required to work there.

Oh goodness. We bet this is gonna be a fun one for labor union leaders!!

BEYOND SAD!!

Authorities say 9-year-old Savannah Hardin was forced to run until she DIED! That's right, she only was aloud to stop until she passed out, started seizing, and died.

The 9-year-old girl's horrible stepmom and grandmother "forced her" to run for THREE HOURS before that finally happened.

The autopsy report showed the girl was extremely dehydrated and had a very low sodium level. A state pathologist ruled it a homicide.

It isn't clear if Savannah was forced to run cause of verbal commands, or physical coercion. However, we DO know the girl's sweet old granny, 46-year-old Joyce Hardin Garrard, and her dear stepmom, 27-year-old Jessica Mae Hardin are accused of murder. The women are currently behind bars in Georgia (where they have the death penalty).

Wanna know the "totally reasonable" reason why Savannah was being forced to run?

Authorities say it was punishment for lying to her grandma about eating candy.

WHAT F**KING MANIACS!! !! !!

Since being jailed, Savannah's stepmother gave birth to a baby. Our thoughts are with that poor newborn, and her late sister.
