Kim Kardashian Plays Princess Leia In Kanye West's Puppet Show!

Filed under: TV NewsKanye WestKim KardashianPhotos!

Kanye West Kim Kardashian Alligator Boots Puppet

Pretty random headline, right?

Well let us clarify.

Kanye West and Rhymefest pitched a comedy puppet sketch show of sorts to Comedy Central called Alligator Boots.

And they got Kim Kardashian in the pilot!

Here she is, donned in a skimpy Princess Leia get-up ready to be serenaded by a crude puppet! LOL!

Are U intrigued? Welllll, sorry to burst your bubble but this will probably be the last of Kanye's puppet show.

The show was not picked up, but we'll have this photo gem forever!

Lindsay May Have Said No To Matt Lauer, But She Said Yes To Sketch Comedy

lindsay filmed sketch comedy yesterday

Wonder how much she got paid for this???

At least Lindsay made a few extra bucks before heading to jail court!

Even though Lindz said no to Matt Lauer's Today Show/Dateline interview after he flew across the country for it, she said yes to Air New Zealand, who signed a deal with her to shoot a comedic promotional sketch for the airline.

Apparently, there were

R-Rated Puppet Movie In The Works!

R-Rated Puppets? You’ve got our attention!

The English language Swedish film We R Animals will be the debut film of Thobias Hoffmen, and it hopes to go into production in 2011. We hope it does too!

They recently shot test footage in an effort to entice investors. We hope it works, because we can tell you we’re totally enticed!

Here’s what the director has said about the project:

Most characters in the movie will be played by hand puppets, with animatronic faces. The same kind of dolls that were used out to include Gremlins and Labyrinth. The only characters who are not puppets are people in the film, but you can count on one hand. The style of the movie, I would best describe with the words “a live-action version of a cartoon world.” A bit like an adaptation of a graphic novel. It is our world, yet not. As a living painting by CM Coolidge, which is drawing everything to a head.

And here is the official plot synopsis:

Snow White the rabbit is stuck in a sadistic man’s pet store, she craves for love but nobody wants to take her home. But one day the animals wreck havoc and they all escape, including Snow White. She gets lost with her newfound freedom and almost dies, until the nice old lady Alice saves her. Snow White would’ve had a bright future if not for Alice’s jealous and vindictive dogs, who call on their friend Flash, a shady and devious pimp cat. Together they plan to transform Alice’s apartment into a brothel for animals, and force Snow White and even the human Alice into prostitution.

We R Animals is a comic adventure, filled with drug using cats, horny dogs, cat-ninja assassins, vampire bats, cruelty and magic. In essence We R Animals is a love story told with warmth, where sometimes the laughter sits in the throat and forces us to question the morals and views of both animals and man.

We really hope they move forward with production on this film. Lots of wonderful things come from R-rated puppet films. Peter Jackson made Meet the Feebles in 1989, and later went on to direct the Lord of the Rings Trilogy.

Who knows…maybe the We R Animals director will go on to direct film adaptations of the collective works of Charles Dickens!

R U Intrigued by We R Animals?

Kermit Headed For The Smithsonian!

The original Kermit the Frog puppet is headed for the Smithsonian!

Jim Henson's widow Jane Henson is donating the puppet, who was originally made from an old coat thrown away by Jim's mom, and 9 others to the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History.

Kermit made his TV debut in 1955 appearing on a show called Sam and Friends that ran after the local news in Washington.

He's come a long way!
