Cop Punishes Juveniles With Push Ups!

Now this is different!

Last week, 18-year-old Richard Marchione and four of his underage friends were driving around a neighborhood in North Providence, R.I., but apparently they got really bored, so they decided to hit a mailbox with a reflector stick.

Uhhhh yeah! Weird much?!?

Unfortunately for Marchione and his posse, police officer Luis Rivera was patrolling the block they were acting up in, and as soon as he saw the bad behavior… he arrested them made 'em do push ups!!!

Welp, that's better than going to jail, right?!?

London Bus Does Push Ups!

Not sure what you thought that title meant?

Well it's exactly what it sounds like.

One of those red, double decker London busses was doing push-ups!

How, you ask? Because it has two giant, buff robotic arms!

Better hope he's not a Decepticon or else we're all in trouble! LOLz!

President Obama Makes Push Ups Look Easy

At the 2012 White House Easter Egg Roll, President Obama was getting his fit on!

The Harlem Globetrotters were there shooting some hoops and it looked like every time they made a basket, President Obama had to do two push ups.

Needless to say he ended up doing a lot of push ups.

Good thing he stays in such good shape.

He makes those push ups look as easy as the Globetrotters make those baskets look.

This Is Why You Don't Do Steroids

It's a tale as old as time: you're at the gym, you're doin' some push ups, doin' some steroids, and then you just lose your shizz and start pushing over equipment right before you get tazed.

Right? Happens all the time!

LOLz!

Well, not really. But it did happen to the guy in the video above. He gets some serious roid-rage and then gets taken down by cops. We're just glad nobody got hurt during his tantrum.

Burn Calories WITHOUT A Trip To The Gym

While we HIGHLY encourage you to get up, get out, and get active, we understand not everyone has the luxury of time.

If it's absolutely impossible for you to get to the gym or even go for a 20-minute jog, check out these easy exercises below that will burn calories throughout your busy day.

Morning

Do pushups against the wall in the shower

Stand on one leg while brushing your teeth; this helps build strength and balance in
the hips

Plie while loading the dishwasher

Squat and stand while lifting your fork or spoon eating breakfast

Run up the stairs and walk sideways down them

Midday

Stand up between responding to emails

Send your doument to another print station

Walk away from your desk at lunch — never eat at your desk!

Cross your opposite leg while sitting to help your spine and posture alignment

Twist your spine by reaching around the back of your chair at the top of each hour

Pace during conference calls

Evening

Press your head against the headrest while driving in the car to strengthen the neck
muscles that are weakened by hours at the computer.

Squeeze your hands on the steering wheel at every red light or stopped traffic

Time yourself while cleaning up the kitchen or home to see how fast you can do it

Do crunches, plank rotations and leg lifts during the commercials while watching TV

Do bicycle abs in bed while watching TV or reading a book

Totally easy, right?

Now you shouldn't have any more excuses for not doing, at least, SOME exercise. Unless of course, you just don't want to do any to begin with.
